No perfume and no refund
I have a problem with LJshopping. I found this website and really liked their catalog and prices. Ordered a perfume back in May and did not receive anything yet. Here we are 7 months later and still no sign of my order. LJshopping support gave me nothing but empty promises and one day they suddenly stopped replying. And now I can't access their website! I want to know what is going on! It looks like they are closed but how about my money? They still owe me!
This place is a scam.
Ordered a perfume here for my wife, mother and sister for Woman's Day and received absolutely nothing! Woman's Day passed long ago and I received nothing yet, so I contacted LJshopping support and demanded my money back. Spoke with different reps and they all asked me to be patient. But I don't need the stuff anymore and it is not my fault that it takes them forever to deliver! One rep told me that my order was not in stock and that is why it took so long. Yes, really, all three perfumes were out of stock at the same time, absolutely impossible! Last time when I contacted them was about two weeks ago and they said that my order was on its way. Tried to reach someone yesterday but no one answered. Terrible place!

I bought perfume from the company www.ljshopping.net. I got the email, where the promised to send another email with the tracking number and shipping details. As well as the delivery time. However, the company hasn’t sent it and I contacted the online chat agent. He didn’t have such information and told to wait, while he contacted the manager. But after 20 minutes both of them disappeared. Is it ok or do I need to start worry?
