This is my second shipment of the living well healthmaster. I order the montel healthmaster 2010 to customer service. I explainted that the equipment did not work as was defective. The company sent me another healthmaster with longer warranty; and I waited for six months to try the 2nd shipment equipment. guess what, the equipment do not work. the second time this company is shipping out defective equipment to customers. I paid thru by credit card and now I no longer at the bank. model no. YD-200088E date code: 1007 serial no. [protected] made in China plated number 1029. I paid 339.00 because of higher version and longer warranty. I will complain to the United States District Attorney Consumers Hearing. This company need a major lawsuit sending out defective equipment to hardworking customers believing the product is authentic.
