Living Room Set / Delivery problem & charge
Purchased living rm set, when delivered, would not fit through door, i asked delivery guy to take off legs, thats how i got other furniture in, he refused and said he will leave at the door and that i should get someone else to move it, i was so upset i told him to return it, the store charged me186. 00 dollars to return, why should i pay for poor customer service, i went to another furniture store, they delivered my furniture, took off legs to fit and did not charge me for delivery for what the other store charged me, living spaces, i will never go back or will i ever recommend this store to anyone, i would like my money back !!!
