Well, I found out what this charge is and it comes with the agreement "contract" when you buy the Wu Yi Tea. They really tricked you to accept this charge, but apparently we do. You can call to stop this charge at: [protected] Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.) It is a real number, they gave me a cancellation confirmation number and I hope it will not be reflected in my credit card again.

I also ordered this product and was scammmmmmed didn't know about the hidden 19.95 charge i have been trying to figure out this charge for 3 months now i called to cancel today as i did 3 months ago and 2 and now again. (the tea) i did get a con. # this time around i thank everyone for the advice. I also didn't recieve but one package from these people and yet to get them to refund any monies at all so a lesson well learned with well over 200.00 stolen from my acc. so act fast so you won't be another notch on the wallets. Call the [protected] and get that con.# for without it they will keep taking from your acc. If not this month it will start back up again. they feel the broke no laws. Hey people doing their pr work what about thou shalt not steal.

OK - here's the deal on this one (and I LIKE the tea, but don't want the extra charge) -- I called the company, and then checked my email/bank statement.

Apparently, there is a TRIAL membership in a weight loss/motivational coaching program (Living Lean) that you are enrolled in as a result of being on the Wu-Yi autoship.

I don't want an extra charge for any coaching, but want the tea - so the company gave me this number [protected]. I called today, and they cancelled (while at the same time trying to talk me out of cancelling) -- I will still be receiving the tea.

Wu-Yi might want to abandon the Living Lean thing if they plan on keeping customers. I think it is a great product - but no one needs the headache of a hidden charge.

I hope this phone number helps!

i got 4 charges from same company, so i called my credit card company and told me to contact living lean first, and so i did.Apparently, when i ordered a trial of wu-yi tea, this living lean comes as a package, which i wasnt aware. So when i cancelled wu-yi tea, living lean keep on charging me because they are different company, anyways i called this number [protected] a customer service of living lean, so after putting me on long holds and yelling conversation, they finally said to cancel it and give me a refund, so i will wait for that and change my credit card.goodluck to everybody who have same problem as mine

Same thing here. Was just told by my bank that they may not be able to stop the bogus charges by changing my credit card numbers! Put in a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I also have been charged for 3 months and was also over charged by WUYI Source for the original Tea order. I held for 38 minutes and after I explained that I was on this website, the supervisor assured me he was refunding all of my charges and gave me a reference #.

I found the 19.95 charge on my card over the weekend. It sounds like from reading these complaints that I was lucky to only be on hold for around 15 minutes and I was able to speak to an English speaker with no accent. The phone connection was horrible and fuzzy so I was lucky to be able to get my goal accomplished. He did try and talk me into staying with and using the program. Do not let them talk you into it. I told him I was going to cancel my credit card, contact the BBB, and that there are many complaints out there. He didn't seem to care, just kept trying to talk me into keeping the account. I did get a confirmation #. I highly suggest that when calling [protected] that you get the cancellation confirmation # as well.

Bob, what you need to do is cancel your card and get a new one. Inform your credit card company or bank of what is heppening and get a hard copy statement of the unauthorized charges. Once these hacks have your three-digit security code, they can take as much from your account as they want unless you get your card cancelled right away. OK?

I had the same situation happen to me. Wu Yi shipped the first order of tea and charged the $6.95. Next thing I knew they had charged another $29.95. I called them and told them I did not authorize another shipment. They promised to refund the money. I also was charged $19, 95 by living Lean. Today I had to cancel my credit card. They will have no way to return the money!

I found the credit card charge on my account today, then found this web site. I called the 866 number and cancelled the whatever, I never received any product. The lady with customer service tried to talk me into keeping the web site.
I told her no that I did not want anything automatically charged to my account. She did give me a confirmation number.

What a scam! I too checked my on line bank account and saw this $19.96 charge.Maybe they thought that because it is a small amount I woundn't noticed. I talked to two different people for 30 min and getting nowhere because they could not locate my account under my name, address, phone number or e-mail address . My daughter- a contract lawyer - got them to give us an address in Las Vegas. We were also told someone will get back to us within 10 days. In the mean time I have contacted my bank's security department and canceled my card. The company's name and address is : Raven Media
2620 S. Maryland PKWY, 969, Las Vegas 89109. Good Luck.

WU YI TEA ? Never received the sample ($6.95) or the second shipment ($29.95)! I cancelled right after I saw that change!
Then noticed LIVING LEAN started changing my account for $19.95...for ? a website? (must of been something hidden - an automated checked off box!) WHAT A SCAM!
I called the 866 # and got someone who was hard to understand... When I asked where he was located, he said he was in Los Vegas, NV. After going round and round with this person - I finally got through to him I did not want anything but a REFUND! Which I got with a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. 3-5 days I should see the credit - we'll see! WHAT A SCAM!

I just called them because I noticed the charge on my accont. She initially said that she was just going to cancel my account but there was nothing she could do about the service charge. I said that I NEVER authorized this account and I wanted my money back. She eventually gave in and has processed my refund.

I didn't even sign up for wu-ti! They just took money out of my account and now i already have two charges from this living lean place. They say it's not a scam because the fcc approves their methods but the problem is, i never authorized anything to begin with. They say i authorized it through wu-tea, but if i didn't even authorize wu-tea, then i never authorized that. This is theft.

I do want to say this though. the way i treated the man on the phone at living lean, he was extremely patient with me and my swearing. asked for a supervisor, he stayed on the phone with me through the whole time. I talked to sup and got my refund. I wish customer service was like this everywhere aside from the theft thing.

For all of you with unauthorized charges: Call your bank. They should cancel your card (doesn't matter whether it's debit or credit), issue you a new one and refund your money. Mine did.

I am so glad I found this site! This is exactly what happened to me. The bank told me to contact Living Lean first, but had no address or phone number to give me. Then I did a search and found this site. I called them number that is posted and after being on hold for 1 hour and 9 mins, I hung up and called the bank. They cancelled my check card and filed a claim. They also refunded my money and a overdarft charge I received from this charge. They also said that it looked like this company was some electronics company. I am so mad a WU YI Tea. The tea company also charged me too much. Another month after I cancelled. They claim to be refunding that ... we will see. I really like the Wu Yi tea and I found it on ebay and that is where I get it now. Thanks for everyones reports ... they really helped!

$19.95 was posted on my bank account as Check Card Purchase Iw / Living Lea Las Vegas NV.
I did not know them, have had absolutely no connections with any person or company in Las Vegas. I suspect it is connected with Wu-Yi Tea of Ontario, CA because they have posted too
many charges to my account. I canceled the current card and applied for a new one with a
totally different number.

If Wu-yi tea is responsible for this, they have given, traded or sold my personal information
to another party.

HMM...me too! I asked to talk to a supervisor and waited for 20 min...called back waited for 10 and I give up. I will call my bank as well. The first guy I talked to said he could refund 1 of the charges, but then I demanded to just talk to the supervisor and when I called back I got a different person and she would not refund any of the money! I am very UPSET! Thanks for all the advice on here...I hope we can fight this!

Wow,
Now you have to submit cancellations in writting to WuYiTea.
What a scam!

I cancelled back in early March and they are still charging me even though they stopped shipping product.
Cancel at [protected]

Yes the "service" company Lean Living evidently comes with the tea. I guess I used this service... somehow, for something. Anyway, cancel this service by calling [protected].

The same thing just happened to me. I was checking my bank statement on line and I noticed two charges. One for the tea, which I thought was free. They charged me $34.90 and then for this Living Lean in Las Vegas. What the heck is that? I called Wu-Yi and I cancelled and I just called this Las Vegas company to cancel. They can be reached at [protected]. They do a good job in trying to keep you as a member without giving you a refund. You have to be really firm with them and tell them that you a full refund. They want you to look at the site and try it. Just tell them NO and give you a refund. It is crazy. I told him that I never authorized this charge and he said that it is on the site when you ordered the tea. I don't remember seeing that and I will tell you one thing. I am going to be more careful about ordering anything on line unless it is from a reputable company.

This also just happened to me from Living lean. I am going to cancel my debit card and have my bank issue me a new card, because I don't want this charge to occur on my account again. Living Lean said they would refund me in 3-5 business days...let's hope they do! Now I have to wait until they refund me in order to change my debit card. This is such a scam, Wu-Yi Tea should be shut down along with Living Lean. I am reporting them tothe Better Business Bureau!

Call [protected] immediately during business hours to cancel the membership FIRST so that you do not get any more charges. The operator will not help you get your money back, but they will stop them.

Getting money back will not be easy and you will need to start at your bank.

I also just noticed on my account that I have been charged the 19.95 from living lean. I will call the number given and will also call my bank to take action. I cannot believe that they can do this and get away with this. I will also be cancelling my order. Thanks to all for the numbers and information.

ZAP... They got me too... I cancelled my credit card that these punks have with my bank 5 min's ago and the bank said they would credit my account for the LIVING LEAN $19.95 payments x 2... Thanks for posting the phone numbers for me to call... I also was nervous about my credit reports so I called and put a "Fraud Alert" on my credit reports. The number to EquiFAX fraud dept is: [protected]. You also might want to consider going to "AnnualCreditReport.COM" to get your free copies of your credit reports from all 3 agencies. Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered a free sample and agreed to pay the shipping charges and used my card. A couple of weeks later, I noticed a bank entry from this company for $19.95. I immediately called my bank and told them it was unauthorized, whereupon I called the company and told them I did not authorize the $19.95 and to cancel and credit back my account. Today I check my bank statement and another entry has been made deducting this same amount.

I have had a similar experience the company is conected to a diet tea that you purchase on the intenet. During the purchase of the tea a pop up box comes up about an offer of on line support. when you close the box it automatically signs you up for the online support whether you accept the deal or not. You have to call [protected] to have your order cancelled and a refund to your credit card. Ask for an email confirmation and send it to the fraud department for your credit card. If they continue to charge your card the credit company will go after the merchant. It is a pain but they can still charge your card and you are responsible until you can confirm that you have cancelled this purchase to your credit card company. When you speak with the agent it is a customer service call center that does not even mention Living lean in Las Vegas until you ask the service agent what company they work for. It is a hassel.

I had the same thing happen to me. I contacted Wu-Yu and told them I googled the Living Lean company and saw similar complaints of unathaurized charges associated with people who bought wu-yi tea. Their response was that the Living Lean thing is part of their program? What am I getting for the $19.99? Nothing! And they already charged me $29.99 a month after I ordered their tea which they trick you into thinking is a free same as long as you pay shipping. I contacted them about that too and they said its in the agreement that you get billed for the tea after a month. DONT BUY FROM WU-YI! Its not worth the headache, or the money, and you can get oolong tea at plenty of other places that wont try to scam you.
