I purchased a 20 class pass for over $200 two months ago which expires in a couple of months. However, it took them over a month to provide me with a class schedule and once I showed up I was horrified to find that the classes do not run! They are extremely difficult to contact and I asked for a refund - and was told a cheque would be mailed over 3 weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them every week for the 3 weeks, and still have not heard a reply. Terrible service, terrible people. Why will you pay money for this?? STAY AWAY.
