I ordered from the Popcorn Factory before Christmas and now I have a charge on my credit card for 38.99 from Live Well. I neve authorized them to carge anything to my credit card. They said it was to get a 15% discount on my order. Why would I spend 38.99 to save 25.50 on my order. This makes me not want to order from the Popcorn Factory again. I did not give my credit card information to this company so that means the popcorn Factory did. The Popcorn Factory say`s they transfer their customers to a person at Live Well and they have nothing to do with what transpires after that. Live Well said they would credit my account but, it would take up to 1-2 statements before I would see it on my acct. Discover say`s they have 15 day`s to credit my acct. I see what happens! the phone number for Live Well is [protected]

Anyone in this situation should call Freed & Weiss to join a building class action against the company behind this scam. (It's pretty easy, just call them and tell them your story).

Trilegiant is the company behind this abuse. They use bogus marketing tactics to get people to unknowingly sign up for memberships and then people are charged every month, again and again.

Call Freed & Weiss! Toll free: 866.799.9610. They need to hear from you so that they can move the class action forward and put a stop to this terrible customer abuse.

(Tactics include pop-up windows during checkout at another site, text messages with fake gift certificates, bogus checks in the mail, and automated recordings when you pay a bill via phone).

Please, if this company gives you the number [protected], it is not a number registered to this business. That number is a toll free business line for my husband's office situated in Prince Edward Island, Canada. For the past few days we have been receiving calls at all hours of the day and well after 9:00 pm at night. I called sflnutrition.com at [protected] and informed them of their "ILLEGAL" use of our toll free number, which by the way isn't "free" for us. It costs five cents per minute, and trust me, those minutes add up when it takes ten minutes or so to explain to the victims who are being ripped off by sflnutrition.com that they have been purposely given a wrong number. It has come to my attention that people have been receiving what they were led to believe were free samples only to discover that money was taken from their credit cards by this particular company for sample the company claimed were "FREE?" I strongly suggest to anyone reading this message not to give your credit card number online and to contact your local authorities or better business bureau or maybe your lawyer if you have been victimized. This must stop immediately! This site is posted on the web, and as you well know, the web is world wide... how many innocent people have been victimized? How much money has this company stolen from the public? I tell you, from the calls we have received and no doubt will continue to receive... it is in the millions of dollars by now. Please, for your own safety, if you received so called free products from this company and have given your credit card number I strongly suggest that you contact the powers that be and your bank! Do not let them take your hard earned money which I am sure could be put to good use for you personally or toward your children.

My apology for the crimes this company has committed against many people, and I thank you for reading this very important message.
