Receiving electronic media which i have not requested. Unauthorized credit charges.
In 2013, I requested a FREE Back Pain Booklet. Some time later I realised I was being charged via my Credit Card (information I did not hand out at the time), for a Monthly Newsletter, which I did not request. After months of trying to contact Live Pain Free and get them to cancel this bogus request, I eventually went to my bank and changed all my banking details. This is a real pain. Now for the past two months I am once again receiving the Newsletters. How did they get my NEW bank details and, why after receiving nothing from them for over a year have they started to plague me again. Please find out for me

I now realise that since I ordered their "free" book, "7 day back pain cure" I am being charged monthly. It is a good little book and I was happy to pay the shipping but now seem to be locked into monthly billing for newsletter I do not want and cannot afford.
I have no income and will soon be in trouble if these charges continue to leave my account. I contacted my bank but they say I need to contact the company to cancel and their disputes department will investigate.
I have sent a request to cancel and refund and will wait to hear back. Hopefully this is a legitimate company that will respond in a fair manner. I will report back.
In the meantime I wish I had checked this site before requesting the "free" book
