Live Nation delivery

I ordered an item on 24th February 2018 and as of today still dont have it! Customer service is appalling and updates regarding dispatch or tracking are useless! Absolutely dreadful with lame excuses of premises moving hence a backlog - this should have been stated at the time of ordering surely! Now going to contact my credit card company to retract payment as I am no longer awaiting the item!

Live Nation non refundable

My plan was to only purchase vip tickets for logic when the tickets were going on sale on live nation. But when I got a hold of vips tickets, my page was slightly changed to to general tickets instead of vips. When the order was finalized. And when I tried again, the tickets and the page became blank, or say error multiples time. And stated I purchased several purchases. I just needed 2 vips but instead I received 6 total of tickets! Took over 1000 from my account. I was pissed. So I reached out and talk to one of the supports. They have a great service and everyone was nice but when I told them, the investigation denied my refunds I asked for. Such a waste of my money, made purchases I didn't make, and doesn't seem like they care but money. I know I can sell the tickets but I think its a waste. You may not know you will guarantee to get your money back, you have to wait for gods know how long, put the tickets for a higher price because they charge you fee, and so on.. All I wanted was my money back for the tickets I didn't purchase and for the two tickets I thought was vip. Never ever gonna use livenation to purchase tickets again.

Live Nation pre-order

Pre ordered a deluxe edition+shirt combo, and only received the CD. 3 months later, the shirt has still not arrived. Contacted customer service 3 times and only got automated emails saying something about touring season taking 4 weeks or possibly longer. Well I'm pretty [censor]ing sure that 3 months is longer than 4 weeks. Besides wtf is a pre-order for if the whole package doesn't arrive on the soecific date or around the soecific date of initial release? What the [censor] is the point? I could've just walked to Best buy and bought the CD and not have to deal with [censor] customer service. I don't even want the [censor]ing shirt at this point, I just want my money back for wasting my [censor]ing time. Pull your head out of your collective [censor] Live Nation

Live Nation valentine's day present

I bought an item for Valentine's Day over a week before February 14th, because I received an email with special Valentine's Day offers. To this date (two weeks later), the item has not arrived yet, even though I asked.

Their anwer was: "We apologize, this item was over sold and has just arrived to restock the product. The order is in process and will ship in the next 3-5 business days".

Againa week later, still they haven't sent the item. This is simply not serious.

Live Nation nickelback merchandise order

In June 2017 I placed an order for the package of a sweatshirt and cd for the (as then) unreleased Feed the Machine CD. The CD eventually arrived (on its own) three months later with no sign of the sweatshirt. After numerous unanswered emails I eventually received a notice to say the sweatshirt would be despatched. I again emailed expressing my concern that now the ordered size may not be large enough as (being Southern hemisphere) the order had missed our winter and now would not be needed by my 16-17yr until May 2018 (at the earliest). Eventually 5 moths after placing the original order the sweatshirt did arrive and guess what it will not fit him next year!. I again emailed this asking that in due of the huge delay I had experienced that a replacement size M be despatched. Six weeks later I still had not received a reply. I am disgusted by the lack of service I have received and will not use Live Nation again for merchandise. I also will be advising Nickelback of this situation.

Live Nation no de donde esta mi paquete

hi, well i order my merch in September and i buy the option of 4-10 days to have my merch more fasert but instead of that it is December i have not recived my merch and i dont know were it is. I really hope that you can help me to know what is happening, when i will recive and for last where it is, because is really stress all this problem. I am from mexico. For finish the merch is already paid.

Live Nation wrong size t-shirt received after 1 month still not resolved

I made a large order for a bunch of foo foghters merchandise. One of the tshirts I ordered in a size 3x I reviced a size large. I emailed and reviced some copy and pasted [censor] about all of their policys, none of my questions were answered. Emailed again! Replay came back wanting my order and info... Which was already in the email! But I gave them it again. Finally after writing 2 emails in row I got somwone to send me a prepaid return tag. They recived it 1 week latee. No one contacted me. I checked my account for a refund. Nope! So I emailed them yet again. No response. And I tried again... No response. Its now been 2 weeks since they recived the incorrect sized tee and I dont have a reply nor a replacemebt nor a refund! I will never ever again buy from any site live nation. Their customer service is a non existant joke meant to screw with your mind and waste your time.

Live Nation 2017 reggae on the rocks concert

I just wanted to let you know that I hope Live Nation does a better job in 2018 putting the Reggae on the Rocks show in Denver Colorado. What part of Reggae on the Rocks do you not understand. It is suppose to be a Reggae show not one local reggae artist and one old reggae ban that has not put a hit out since 1988. I know Judge Roughneck is a cheap act but come on now. Hope you improve show for 2018. Highly disappointed.

Live Nation groupon peppa pig live at warner theater washington dc

Please help my family and I. We purchased a 4 pack of tickets for this event on the 15th of October. Groupon's system was glitching and completely screwed up my family seating. We had 4 tickets together and now we have tickets in 4 diff. seats. Please help me. Groupon stated it's not there problem i would have to contact Live Nation.

Live Nation verified fan

Last week, my friend and I registered to be a part of the "verified fan" experience for the Niall Horan tour next year. Last Monday, they sent me an email saying that I was "selected" through the verified fan process and that I should be receiving a code via email and/or text so I can access presale pricing and tickets. Unfortunately, I was given neither of these things and customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I had to call 10+ times to various numbers and hotlines only to be told to "email customer service". Once I did this, it took 1-2 days for a guy just to say "we don't have a cell phone number linked to this account." I then emailed back and called customer service within 5 minutes to no avail. The presale ended with me not getting a single code and I was forced to buy tickets that were not only farther back than I wanted but not at the pricing I was expecting. Customer service finally attempted to "resolve" my complaint by saying that I had already bought tickets and labeled my problem "closed". I strongly encourage everyone to avoid buying tickets through this company if possible and go straight to concert venues to purchase tickets. Customer service is terrible and did absolutely nothing to help me. If I had a choice, I'd never purchase tickets through Livenation or through "verified fan" packages ever again.

Live Nation concert cancellation

To Whom It May Concern,
I purchased tickets for the Depeche Mode Concert for 09/13/20107, order # 9200139. This was purchased as a birthday gift for my husband and I paid over $500 for the tickets. On 09/06/17 we had to evacuate southwest Florida due to Hurricane Irma. We were in Georgia in a hotel until 09/12/17 and then had a 16-hour drive back to Florida due to the traffic. I called Tickets at work to make sure the concert was still happening on 09/13/17. The operator assured me it was and if it got cancelled they would notify me by email. I told her my situation and how I need to make sure it was still going because I live 2 hours south of Tampa and was not looking forward to anymore driving. They also told me I could not be refunded on the type of tickets I got unless it got cancelled in which it was not. On 09/13/17, I looked online and called live nation and the Amphitheatre and it still said it was going on, as a matter of fact they were still even selling tickets for it. My husband and I drove the two hours to the concert and the gates were closed and there was a big sign saying, "CONCERT CANCELLED"! I asked a man who was standing at the gate what the deal was and he said he knew since 5am that morning the concert was cancelled. This is shameful, common sense told me it would be cancelled but every place I looked and called said otherwise. At 7:45PM the same night I went on the Live Nation site and just for curiosity sakes tried to purchase tickets and it let me. I did not go through and purchase them but what in the world is that? We drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back and had to even search for a place to purchase gas. I just got done driving over 24 hours going back and forth to Georgia to escape a natural disaster, this is unacceptable customer service. I have purchased many tickets from Ticketsatwork and from Live Nation and am completely appalled now. I have wasted time, energy, money, etc. and this is totally unacceptable. I am not made of money and spent a pretty penny to evacuate Florida, money that I don't have to waste. I saved for those concert tickets and paid a huge amount, it may not be to you but $500 is a lot to me. Today I received an email telling me about the cancellation, this is a day late and a dollar short! You really need to revise your system because that is appalling!

Live Nation security at u2

Hello,
I would like to file a complaint. Last night my husband and I attended the U2 concert at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. We purchased general admission tickets. During the break between Beck and U2 I went to use the bathroom. When I walked back through the crowd to find my friends, a group of people got irritated because they thought we were "cutting" them. In fact, we just ended up meeting in the middle between where the friends were and where I ended up after separating. General admission means there are no assigned seats and people can move about the floor to find their preferred viewing area. These people threatened me and my safety, and then proceeded to have me kicked out of the concert. I did not get to see U2 at all. I did not break any rules, but the people (a group of about 20 friends) complained to security about me and security wrongfully ejected me. I cooperated fully with security and explained the situation to them. I was being harassed by the other guests, but security would not allow me to return. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was denied any opportunity to, and no one could give me a good reason why I was getting ejected, except, "You were pointed out." What does that even mean? I am a 40 year old woman, I was sober, and I am not the type of person who would get kicked out of a concert. I am obtaining the services of a lawyer, and want to go forward with seeking legal action to obtain the damages: financial and emotional. Please advise.

Live Nation product not received

Hello. I´m Sergio Casas. On August 10th I placed an order on Livenation.com. The order number is 8009632 and it´s 2 Shakira tshirts. I´m the one who paid for it and Alejandro Schmidt is the one who recieved it in London. I had a problem with the order, since Alejandro only recieved one tshirt but I was charged for both. I already sent 2 emails to the company in the past 2 weeks regarding this but didn´t get any reply. So, I would like to know if there´s any chance you could help me and get a refund for the second tshirt. Im sending proof of receipt for one of the items and proof of being charged for both. I would appreciate if you could help me with this. Thank you

Live Nation v festival - hylands park

HI there,

I am writing with a serious complaint for V Festival after myself and 3 friends attended your festival on the 18th, 19th and 20th August 2017, and we were shocked majorly by the security and other aspects of the festival.

After we arrived on the Friday. We were trying to locate where we could collect our wristbands from. Not one security member knew which direction to send us. We ended up getting directed to V Style Camping Box Office Reception, which was the wrong area. We were then directed by security through the back passages of the arena, through the closed section of the VIP arena. We were then met by a metal fence into the main arena, which a passing security guard told us to just simply jump over.

Once passing through the next security check, being informed to cross the main arena and ask someone else where to go - we were extremely shocked and concerned to find that we were inside the main arena, without any wristbands. Yes we had tickets. Yes we were collecting wristbands – BUT – to be inside the main arena with no wristbands on, and absolutely NO ONE checking us – made us feel extremely unsafe that it was simply that easy for ANYONE to get into the festival with ANYTHING on them?!

One of my friends I was with was involved in the acid attack in Hackney in May this year which has left her not only physically scared but also mentally scared, and she was already on edge about going to an event of this scale after what had happened. And considering the fact there had been an increase in terrorist attacks, including two in the two days leading up to the event. The fact that all this was already in her, and our minds, and to then realise that security was to a standard where 4 individuals could be inside the main arena with no wristbands, and absolutel no checks or searches whatsoever – left us extremely on edge and concerned about the weekend, to the point where my friend involved in the acid attack wanted to go home.

We all had a big chat and decided that we had spent a lot of money on the weekend and wanted to try and make the most out of it.

However – this meant that the whole weekend we couldn’t relax. None of us got drunk as we didn’t feel relaxed enough to do so just incase anything happened. We also didn’t go into any of the big crowds whilst watching the acts that we wanted to see – due to the fear of knowing about the security issue and being worried of something happening. This obviously affected our whole V Festival experience and we feel really disappointed.

Not only was there the security issue that ruined our weekend. But by the time we were finally directed to the correct area to collect our wristbands, gone back and collected our stuff, and set up our tents, we had completely missed BBC Radio 1 Summer of Dance, which wouldn’t have been so much of an issue if there had still been a Silent Disco… however it was not on?! Nor on the Saturday?! This has always been such a big thing at the Festival and we were not the only ones that were extremely disappointed to find out it wasn’t on!

We have always gone to V Festival, and have always gone home and raved about it to friends, family and colleagues. However this is the first time we had the WORST time at the festival and we are concerned about spending a lot of money on tickets for next year when we had the worst experience this year and felt so unsafe.

We really love this festival and feel that you needed to be aware of our experience, and we do want to continue attending the festival but feel something needs to be done for us to feel comfortable to do so?

Please can you advise me how we can rectify this situation?

Live Nation luke bryan - darien lake concert

I went to the Luke Bryan concert last night with my family. For the most part we had a good time. But we had lawn seats. Some drunk girl threw up all over people, then whipped her half full beer can at everyone. It hit me in the back and covered us in beer. For one, I am 20 years old and do not need to leave a concert smelling like alcohol. And second, there was no security around to help or do anything about it. About 20 minutes later, a fight broke out between 2 women. And then a guy attacked the lady, grabbing her by the neck. And still no security? A man put his hands on a women and there's no security around at all. That is pathetic. We were screaming for someone to help, it took about 10 minutes for the security guard to notice us and come see what we were screaming about. He looked at us like we were crazy because the fight had stopped by then. This place is crazy and the 10 security guards is not nearly enough for the 1000s of people in the lawn. I do not feel safe going to any Darien lake concert and neither does my family. We shouldn't have to pay more money to be in a "special lawn area" just to avoid this. We will no longer be attending any of the concerts there anymore. What a shame.

Live Nation unauthorized credit card charge

August 21st 2017. A misc charge of $27.77 appeared on my account. I have no
idea what the charge is for. My bank can't tell me anything other then it is a live nation merch charge. I have no order number or and confirmation emails. So I would like to know if you can tell me what this charge is for. I need to know if someone may have stolen my card and I need to set up a fraud check on it.

Live Nation order #7995747, did not receive second article, communication not possible

I made my order #7995747 on 03 Aug 2017 (Two "The Clash" Shirts). I received parts of my order (one Shirt) one week after ordering. I emailed several times after but got no response. I also completed the online contact form numerous times which claims to give you a response within one business day but still never got a reply. I have paid for the shirt but i never received either the shirt nor the money.

Live Nation coldplay toronto rogers centre

We arrived for the Coldplay concert at the Rogers Centre and when we searched for our seats we were told that our seats (which were purchased almost a year ago) were no longer available. We were told the tour group had blocked off the seats because of site lines with equipment. We were given 2 seating options (because we complained) - neither were as good as our original seats. We were also told that we could not take the food to where the new seats were located.Guest services at the Rogers Centre accepts no responsibility and we were told to contact the tour group. The number we were given was to LiveNation and we were passed on - told to find a different number to call. A very disappointing start to a concert which we were looking forward to.
