I have been a customer of Live Lean Today for almost 10 years. They have turned into full on thieves. First they demanded payment via Zelle, then Venmo. So after being jerked around regarding method of payments on August 5th, 2022, I paid over $400. From that point on, I received nothing but crazy excuses from them not shipping my order. First it was that they were awaiting a shipment, then it was that the manufacturer changed the ingredients and were delayed in shipping the updated product, THEN it was "supply chain problems," until finally no responses from them at all. This went on for literally over a year. Do NOT risk your money with this company, especially if it involves debiting cash. Bryan Ashbaugh is a scamming thief.

I placed order for 6 boxes of Ephedrine HCL 25mg Guaifenesin Plus Ready to Use OTC 24ct on January 23rd 2022. On January 25th 2022 Live Lean Today debited $359.70 from my checking account. Since mid-February I have gotten nothing but the runaround from them and excuses about why shipment is delayed. For over a month I was promised weekly that the product would be shipped "the next week". In Sept. after ignoring numerous requests via email to refund my money or provide the product I paid for, I finally relented and agreed to a similar but lesser product that does not work as well. Even this did not happen, I received 2 boxes of Bronkaid 24 count in mid-Sept. Then after several additional follow ups with them I received one more box of 60 count. I paid for 144 tablets and as of today, Nov. 27, 2022, I have received only 108 tablets of a different item than purchased. Now company no longer responds to my inquiries about the remaining 36 tablets I paid for. At $2.49 (359.70/144) per tablet they owe me a refund of $89.75. This company has turned into a scam they're liars and thieves and ought to be prosecuted as such.

I ordered product on September 4, 2016 and never received my product! Contacted company and finally sent response about delay and there apologized and would be sent 24 hrs. Week later NO tracking number and contacted company again and received another email with the exact same wording! This company or persons running ad are fake and fraud and stole my money!

I've ordered some pills from www.liveleantoday.com back in January.
Shipping was taking too long so I contacted these guys and asked about my order status and they said that my order was delivered a long time ago. And that's where it all started. They claimed that I've already received my pills but it was a lie, nothing ever arrived! I told them about that and they said that it wasn't possible.
After many calls they finally agreed to send me another bottle of pills. The same story. Tried to get some reasonable explanation but they refused to communicate with me any further.
They still have my money and pills. Months passed and I already gave up. I would not recommend LiveLeanToday to anyone.

I found 2 debits from my checking that I did not authorize. All of the phone number and all of the various e-mails have permanent errors. Everything about this site is a fraud.

The two men who run this website, which offers dietary supplements as well as "online" personal trainers, do not respond to phone calls or emails. I had to track down one of the numbers I've listed on another website; their "customer service" number is never answered and calls and emails are not returned. There is no upkeep to the website, and promotions advertising free shipping are false (the shipping is added after you hit the "OK" button to pay with your charge card). After I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I checked their status (which I should have done before purchasing from them) and discovered they've had 33 complaints filed against them in the last few months (poor service, product not received, false credit card charges, etc).
