[Resolved] Live Career / charges after account cancelled

1 United States Review updated:
Contact information:

This was supposed to be a .99 charge one time to help build a resume. AFter that charge I cancelled my account to ensure no further charges would take place. For 3 months after I cancelled they still continued to take 35.80 out of my account. Then when i called to complain, emailed them, or called them they told me i didn't have an account at all. 3 months later i finally got someone to tell me that i never actually cancelled my account and those charges were authorized. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Strange how $1.95 turns into $53.83 a month daylight robbery for doing a resume. Seen as I am unable to chat to you I will be going to my bank tomorrow and cancelling it myself Regards Denise
