Liv Luv Shop / still haven't received two orders

I've placed 2 orders in the past month and received a pre shipping confirmation on one, yet the tracking says it's still in the Pre shipment phase and nothing regarding the second order. I have contacted their customer service via Facebook and through their website and no response. I want my money back or my product ASAP! How can companies get away with this?
