Liv Luv Shop / order confirmed & charged my card, but items never shipped - customer service will not respond

I placed an order on Aug. 17th - Order # 242099, for 2 items a shirt & pair of pants. My card was immediately charged & order confirmed, however I have never received the items, nor shipping notification. I have sent 4 e-mail inquiries to [protected]@ilivluvshop.com with no response. I have tried calling the number, however no one answers & you are instructed to leave a message on a full inbox that is not accepting messages at this time... This is not the first time I have ordered from Liv Luv Shop, but it is the first time that I have had a problem & can't seem to get it resolved. I would appreciate an e-mail back regarding the status. If the items are not going to ship, I want a full refund.
