Little Playland tattoo eyebrow pen scam!!!

These guys are a joke they scammed me and Promised a product they knew they would not deliver. It took eight weeks to get a product that was dried up didn't work and when they asked me for photos and proof I sent this within two days and then they sat on this deliberately for 2 1/2 weeks making sure that the 10 day expiration to file a complaint and get your money back would be gone so that they can keep my credit card information, keep my money, use my identity, and leave me with a piece of junk product! Their nerve to tell me I've passed the 10 days to make a claim so now they have my money and my info, address, and are probably committing identity theft and they're getting away with scamming people and now I have a piece of crap product. Thank you Facebook for advertising these junk people who claim to be legitimate business I would never buy anything from little Playland these guys are scamming identity thieves and I hope that they get what's coming to them.

This is the same exact thing that happened to me! First of all, I think the delay message is to make up for the fact that they are shipping from China, but they didn't tell us that when we ordered! I received the same delay message and when the eyebrow "forks" finally arrived, they were both dried out. On the very same day, I immediately contacted Little Play Land and sent them photos of the items per their request. They waited until ten days had passed to respond, telling me that I did not contact them in time for a refund, but THEY were the ones that waited until the time had lapsed! Very unprofessional and dishonest! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have just had the same experiance, very upset by this dreadful company, I gave them 48 hours of my intention to post to as many places as I could find about their awful product and customer service, funny how many of them have not appeared, lets hope they can't get their hands on this review.

Little Playland eyebrow tattoo pen

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It took 2 and a half months for me to get my order and when it arrived, it doesn't even work! I have been hounding their customer service email asking for a refund that I should get in the least and am not hearing anything back. This is the WORST company I have ever worked with. Horrible customer service. Safe yourself some time, frustration, and money!

Little Playland unethical behaviour

On May 7, 2018 I ordered a eyebrow pen, S&H $18.34. May 16 they said it's on the way. I emailed them May 26 inquiring why it was never received. They don't tell the customer it's coming from China. I emailed them 10-12 times in 2 months time thinking I was out of my money. They offered me 10% off ($1.23) due to the delay. Finally after 2 more weeks it was delivered. It was delivered with nothing in the pen! I then emailed them again. Their response was:
Thank you for your email and we are really sorry this has happened.
Please provide us with an image of the item that was sent to you together with the package slip that is attached on the packaging; also we will be needing a short video clip. This will be provided to our team to inform them and have it investigated as to how this happened.

We will wait for the requested proofs.

I have never heard of a company requesting videos of their products for a refund. I feel they are taking our money and requesting such nonsense to avoid paying refunds.

Update: So far there have been 28 emails going back and forth with this company! They emailed back stating they didn't receive the video clip requested so they are sending a new eyebrow pen.
I have since reported them to the FTC and BBC due to unfair business practices (asking for a video clip for one.) As a consumer I should have received goods in new working order and receive a refund for damaged or non working goods. I again requested a full refund back and sent another video clip. I am determined to get back what is due to me.

Little Playland Did not receive order

I ordered the eyebrow tattoo pen on may 18, 2018 and have not received it yet! I have been charged for it by the company storm media who apparently is the real culprit. I have contacted them multiple times and they have assured me it is on its way. The tracking number I received is ineffective. I am contacting my bank and also reporting both companies to bbb

Hi everyone, , , I too placed and paid for an order back beginning of may2018. Total scam. I've emailed over dozen times receiving the fob off. like all you guys the tracking number is not existing. I've thrown£30 down the drain. Please, please don't be fooled like hundreds of others including myself!.. they're disgusting taking people, s hard earned cash! I'm just hoping my bank can sort it out. Good luck folks

Still received nothing. The tracking number I have been given doesn't exist...
When I ask their reply is as follows...

"We know how you wanted to have your order right away however, due to high volume of orders, shipping period may take longer than expected. But we are having our team work on this..."

I'm assuming they're one of the many online shopping scamsters. . .
I would like my money back...

Little Playland Product received

Buyer beware: I ordered the fibre mascara, on may 14th, 2018 received email saying order had been received, then another email saying it was on the way on 05/16/18, as of today june 24, 2018, I have not received a thing, said due to the high volume of orders they were having difficulties and a new tracking number would be sent, mind you the first tracking number I received did nothing, I was not able to see any information on shipping. I have concluded that this is a scam and will never order again. Turning over to paypal.

Little Playland Waterproof fork tip eyebrow tattoo pen

I ordered the waterproof fork tip eyebrow tattoo pen about three months ago, in April. I received a text message on May 7 that my purchase had been shipped. I sent a text on May 16, asking where my purchase was. It is now June 10, and I have not received it, nor any other communication from the company. Their website does not list a "Contact" email address or phone number. My order number is LPL270859.

It took 2 1/2 months for my order to be delivered and worst of all it was already bone dry when I got it.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

This is exactly my experience. Received two pens months later, both dried out, asked for a video and picture of the envelope, waited weeks and they then said that they couldnt process in within the time lines. I have disputed this charge with my cc company, they reached out to Littleplayland and they did the same song and dance all over again. Send us a video, etc. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

I have made it my goal to post 30 bad reviews a day about this rip off company. another attempt of little playtards to sell crap from china and put it on a slow boat from china. No humans there, only servers sending out the same emails over and over. Please post as many bad reviews as you can and lets get rid of this rip odd playtards..

It took a very long time to receive the eyebrow fork pen for me too but when it came, it was dry! I emailed them and they said it would take a few days for them to get back to me, and then when I saw they finally emailed me back and I responded, they said the 10-day period was up and there was nothing they can do for me! BUYER BEWARE! This company is the worst! I sent them pictures and videos of the pen being dry and because I sent them everything on about the 11th day, and some of those days were spent waiting for them to reply to me, they do nothing!

Same thing happened with me, ordered the fork tip tatoo pen in May, it arrived yesterday and is completely useless! Doesn't work, is all dried up. I emailed them, and did get a reply. They want photos, and video to support my claim. Idiots!

Same here. Ordered a waterproof fork eyebrow pen on 5 May. On 10 June I got an email saying that due to "high volume of order of Waterproof Fork Tip Eyebrow Tattoo Pen, we have been notified by logistics company that there will be a delay in the orders." Its now 2 weeks later and I have had no further communication or delivery. Luckily I used PayPal so I will try to get a refund if I haven't had delivery by 5 July.

Placed order on 5-20-2018, the amount was charged to my Visa and cleared my bank account on 5-23-2018. It is now 6-7-2018 and no product and no messages from your company. I will be contesting the charge with my bank on Mon 5-11-2018. My order number is LPL304847. The tracking number is LN290372808CN. I was not given the carrier so I can not find this tracking number. I would like a response, a refund or the product.

Little Playland Eye brow liner

Paid online for the brow liner on May 8th. Received insurance message informing me that it takes 5 days to ship and at least 2 weeks to arrive. Then they sent a fake tracking number to my email. If you click on it no shipment info comes out. I sent them email requesting more info and timeline. Their customer service makes you feel as if they are professional and keeps apologizing and assuring your. It is just numbing your anxiety until months pass. They just got the money and you will get no purchase at all. Must stop such fraudulent online companies

I purchased a product from them on 6th May, it is now 30th May, I have written to them on countless occasions and they have provided me with a 'tracking number' (LZ335110248CN). Told me to be patient. Would not respond when I asked who their carrier was.

Kept telling me to be patient and item is delayed due to shipping problems.

"Please extend your patience..."

This is fraudulent.

I have heard from people using different names: Danea F, Melany DSClarisse T

I am furious that they have taken my money using PayPal and not sent the goods.

Little Playland Eyebrow tattoo kit.

I purchased this product but have received nothing from them. Emailed them and requested tracking number and the date product was shipped. Have checked tracking number and according to China Post there is no record for this number. Littleplayland said that it takes a few day for the update to come through, that was last week, I have checked today and it still says "No Record of Shippment".

I also ordered this product and after a 2 1/2 month wait, received a faulty product that will not work whatsoever. They are a total scam. Do not use. Also, PayPal refused to reimburse - I will not be using them again either.

I took ordered from them. Next time I will do more research. The problems was it originally a US address. I only saw the name playland from confirmation email. I contacted them, got the same response as everyone else, in transit, tracking number shows China. Waiting on paypa now. Last email from them said dispute has been escalated to a claim.

I order several things from littleplayland on Oct 9, 2020 and never received my ordes one was for $20.96, another one for 24.98. Same month and day for$24.98, and a another one foe $16.96. And another one for 50.00.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering! Darn... took my money and no communication. After contacting several times, I get a generic response - two months and no product. I've now got a dispute in with paypal so hopefully will at least get money back!

Little Playland Everything

They send out fake tracking numbers (I have received 3 different ones for different shipping companies so far) that never lead anywhere. The company is a scam, very occasionally the company will actually send out a product and it's a knockoff. DONT BUY FROM HERE all they do is take your money then ignore you. The "customer service" is appalling, very patronising and they don't care in the slightest

Little Playland Be careful!!!

I purchased Mr. Submarine & Mrs. Station and paid for an expedited shipping by my own mistake. Unfortunately, their website is a little buggy and I haven't seen a total amount of my order (along with the shipping cost). If I saw it I would cancel. But I paid too much for a simple toy.
So if you ever order from them, you should know that their warehouse (and the head office, I guess) is situated in Hong Kong, so keep it in mind when you want an express shipping.
Be careful and take care.

I thought I would pay "Harmoninic" - never saw the name "Littleplayland Limited", and there is no way to track the order as there was no confirmation email after I paid via Paypal.
I hope I will receive what I ordered...

I am also frustrated with little playland, I placed my order last year November 2020 but still have not received it, requested a refund in January 2021 still have not received it, I am going back and fourth with them, unfortunately you get to chat with different people telling you different things, they are such scammers, we need to really find someone who can assist us because I want my refund back period, their service sucks.

Little playland are scammers, I have managed to get a refund for one parcel but the second one they refuse to pay me back, for me to actually get it I had to send more that 5 emails per day. I went as far as lodging a dispute via my financial institution, the most frustrating thing is that you deal with 100 different customer consultants and they don't check the history of the case before responding. It's like all of them are working for a different company. I am so sick of them, but I won't rest until I get my other refund. How can you order on the 29th of November 2020 and still they will tell you that the parcel has not arrived till today and they have a nerve to tell you to be patient. They are total scammers, I don't have $153, 85 to donate to little playland!

I got it today November 28, Wrong Shade, I got the "Coffee" which is the opposite of the color I want, "Coffee" is not going to work with me, its too dark.
After more than a month and I get the wrong order ?
