Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Pizza McCart Fort Worth/Little Caesars customer service

I ordered several pizza's online from the Little Caesars Pizza McCart Fort Worth location on Sunday December 11,2022, The total was $43.80. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I verified my order. However, the order was wrong. They did not make all the pizza's correctly, there was almost a 2"crust vs a 1" crust, there was no "Old World Pizza" where its to be all the way to the edge. I also ordered 2L Pepsi and 2L Mt. Dew in which they were out of both.

The manager or whom ever was in charge did not offer any solution to the problem and only stated I would have to contact customer service for a refund.

At this point I have contacted customer service at least 4 times, spoke with someone all 4 time but because this is a franchise store, I still have not been offered any type of solution.

Because of the fact the pizza was wrong, burnt and the store being out of product, I want a full refund.

Apparently someone was suppose to call be back after the first call, but that hasn't happened either.

My advice to other "customer beware".

Desired outcome: Full refund of $43.80, because I refused the product as it was poor quality, wrong and they were out of product I had ordered.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Wrong order

We ordered pepperoni pizza. You can see in the picture that the box is labeled pepperoni, but the pizza inside is just cheese. I asked specifically if it was bestest mostest pepperoni, and he assured me that it was. We discovered the error upon arriving home. We called the store and they said we would have to bring it back. I am typing this before returning to receive what I ordered the first time.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com bad client service

Yesterday April 20, 2018 my friends and I went to the Little Caesar's inside Kmart. We were all eating and being normal when a Filipino lady started to scream about valid ids to us. My friend was wearing this jacket with the colors blue white and red and that was apparently the problem. The lady was telling us that our clothes didn't make us US citizens and that only a valid ID and birth certificate did. The employees did nothing to get her out and we felt attack and shocked. This was the worst experience and I'd just like to say how tragic it is that people around us saw this whole racist act happen and not even the employees did a thing to help.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com bad pizza! lied to us.

On Mar. 28, 2018 at Lehigh Acres Fl we received a pizza that we were told was a fresh pizza. We each ate 3 pieces each. The following for both of us.

Massive and bad flatulence.
Very bad indigestion. (Drank ginger tea and ate plain oatmeal. I was still burping it up!)
Wife had the above plus bloating and slight nausea.
We were both very tired and hungry so we ate it even though it tasted off as far as freshness.
It even bothered our sleep!

Worst pizza we have eaten!

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com unethical behavior, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination

The circumstance of the above mentioned reason(s) for this complaint, started approximately around the date of 1/10 /2018, after an apparent ex-employee(which happened to be a white woman)of the above mentioned company of whom I met after moving to the State of Georgia bought me lunch to work on the date mentioned above. Immediately after such person exited the store, I was approached by the General Manager(Barbara) of whom had hired me, and questioned(which I have audio recorded via cell phone) about how I knew that person as well as about their personal life. Immediately, I could sense the Discrimination but I however couldn't just base off of my feelings, so by instinct I occasionally started taking pictures, voice recordings, and video recordings of the way I started to be treated more & more often (rules implemented against myself & not other employees, as well as things being said to me regarding matters that did not pertain to my employment with the company). As time progressed with my employment at Little Caesars, other employees had started asking me questions about this outside Friend of mines, (and the white girl) was always the term used when addressing this individual. I was lost as to, how would my whole work force all of a sudden start inquiring about my personal life outside of work. Then, on the date of 1/31/2018 I was working on a closing shift (which I had never worked night shift being my job title was Dough maker & it's only done during the day 10a.m-3p.m shift) with the manager (Zondra) when I was pulled to the side immediately upon entering the store and told that "Your going to be working a lot more on night shift in order to keep your job longer because I'm tired of hearing Katie's(assistant manager) mouth. I was completely lost, and received no further clarification as to whatever problem there was with Katie. Then, on the date of 2/3/2018, once I came in to do another night(4p.m-10p.m) shift, I was informed by the store manager(Zondra) that I needed to have a meeting with her before my shift ended. During this meeting(which I have audio recorded via cell phone), I was told that I was being disciplined for apparently not completing a task fully during my day shift the previous day of 2/2/2018. I explained exactly the work I performed, as well as what the assistant manager as well as another long time employee told me to do, and told her furthermore that throughout my entire shift the assistant manager which is the superior oversight during that shift did address any wrong doing to me during my shift whatsoever. The manager (Zondra) then proceeds with the meeting saying that well I won't give you a write up because I wasn't here and I really don't know so I'll just document it. I said okay, but then immediately after she says, "well do you know why the whitegirl called Chris(Corporate Owner) yesterday" and I simply said well I really don't understand what's the significance of that to my job. Upon her stating such, I then knew that the merit of such meeting/disciplinary was solely based off of that remark. I signed the document that the manger Zondra provided with the reason for discipline being "Inferior work performance", and proceeded back inside to work. After such meeting, I then felt that I really need to report such behavior(s) towards me. The following morning(2/4/2018), which I was scheduled to work the day(10a.m-3p.m) shift, I called in to work & informed the manager on shift that I wouldn't make it for my shift because I was going to go visit the hospital for medical reason and I would make sure to get the doctor's documentation for work. The manager on shift said okay, but then approximately 15-20 minutes later called me back via cell phone and told me to not come to work the following day of 2/5/2018 & furthermore I was being let go for whatever reason(s). I called the District manager(Barbara) whom hired me, left a message to please give me a call back as soon as possible to seek clarification as to what was really going on. I received a call back from Ms.Barbara(which I have audio recorded), and was explained to that she actually gave the manager Zondra the okay to terminate me, & that the reason(s) were a number of different things, but the main thing was that someone called her Dublin location Little Caesars and was inquiring about contact information for Corporate owner Chris, regarding the mistreatment of myself at the location of which I was employed so therefore that individual was responsible for the termination of my employment. I have explained everything accurately as possible, as well as have plenty of photo & audio evidence(which I've tried to upload but it's not allowing from my cellular device to my laptop)of the treatment I received during my employment for this Little Caesars location and it can be provided upon request being it's stored on my cellular device, throughout the course of this Investigation. Thank You sincerely for your time & attention on the matter, and hope to receive insight on the matter soon.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com unwelcoming staff

I visited their store in Silverdale, WA and it was terrible. I placed an order but after a couple of minutes, I regretted it. The employees were so rude and unprofessional. It took them forever to get my pizza prepared (almost an hour). They were so lazy and showed their disrespect to everyone who told them they were slow. Please look into this issue. This is bad for your reputation.

Hey did you know if you write something on their Facebook page, they hide it and you need to click on something to view it? Did you ever see a comment section on their website.
Here's what I posted!
Ok, when LC says "Hot & Ready" what do you think?
If you think it is a pizza you can go in and order; that is what I thought! No Wait for a pizza that is special ordered, and buy one they have made and is ready! Right?

Well you are wrong in your thinking just as I am! I was kind of in a hurry, so we decided to get a Little Caesars pizza, they're "Hot n' Ready"... Right? Few minutes in and out! Right? Wrong! I go in, Wait in line, only a few people in line and about 8/9 waiting. When I am finally waited on, I ask if there are H&R pizzas ready. Yes, she says. So I ordered a H&R pan, we don't carry those anymore...why are the walls plastered with H&R Deep Dish? Ok, then what H&R pizza do you have ready? What kind do you want? I wanted Deep Dish! I told you we don't make those anymore! So, what kind do you want? What do you have ready? Tell me what you want, and I'll tell you if we have them. Do you have pepperoni? Let me see, Yes we have pepperoni.
So I pay for the pizza, and then she starts helping others. I was the last n line. She is roaming, going in back, coming back out looking at all the orders, checking all the pizza, etc. So, I ask her, I thought you have H&R pizzas? Yes, we do? But I need to fill all these other customers first. WHAT...WAIT A MINUTE! Why do they have H&R pizzas 🍕 f you still need to wait while they fill special orders! So I ask her... Because we need to fill the orders in the order we take them! So I ask, why would you have HnR pizzas then? Of course no answer! Over 25 minutes later I got my "Hot n' Ready" pizza!
So go ahead and ask me...will I order a H&R pizza again? Do you think I will go back to Little Caesars? I could have walked into Dominos, Pizza Hut and several others and order a not ready pizza in maybe even less time!
Does anyone know if there is a Little Caesars sucks page? They should be investigated for falsely misleading the customer!

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Poor service

Recently I went to Little Caesars and was very disappointed with their service. I was there with my friend and we ordered two pizzas. We asked the waitress how long will it take and she said about 25 minutes. 30 minutes passed and there was no pizza and waitress said that our order was almost ready. Then she simply disappeared and other waiters were to busy and didn't had time for us. As a result we waited our pizza for over an hour and when we finally received it pizza was cold!
What a terrible service! They simply forgot about us and didn't even apologize!

I have ordered three pizzas from Littleceasers. When we started eating them, my son discovered that there is a hair in his pizza. My husband took this pizza back and they refused to change it. My husband then called to health department as no one in the pizzeria had hair nets.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Terminated and did not receive LAST PAYCHECK

I worked for Little Ceasars Franchise @3107 Greene Ave Ste. 222 B Fort Worth, TX [protected] for exactly 13 days as a part time cashier. My very first night working an employee stole over $30 out of drawer and was telling me how to steal money by not ringing up Crazy Bread and Wings and just pocket the money to make exta cash during the two week pay period. I was so shocked that an employee was doing this in front of me my first night of work an she had been a worker their for over 7 months.

My Store Manager also told me that there are ways of stealing money but you just had to be careful and know how to do without getting caught. I noticed there where no cameras in our store so i knew immediately i was not going to stay and work there for long because i knew that the employees and manager were thieves. I worked as cashier for 13 days before i came in one shift and my manger told me i was short $100 in one of my deposit bags she didnt call me early morning to let me know this info. she waited til 5:00 next day to tell me this.She also told me to not worry about the $100 missing because she knew i did not take it because all my other shifts i have been accurate and correct end of every shift, and i told her i did not take any $100 and how was i short if i dropped all my cash from drawer. Something was not right about how she went on about the situation. She took me off schedule and didnt not let me know before all this was told to me. She also said that at first my safe drops were correct and she didn’t know were the $100 WAS coming up missing from. She just kept giving me the run around about the whole situation.

So i call Corporate in Carrollton TX and they were very rude to me and also told me i was terminated. My manager never told me i was terminated and that she would put me back on schedule but instead she fired me. I cannot receive my last check because of investigation which is wrong because in the sate of Texas you cannot withold an last check after six days of termination and its been way over 2weeks since i been fired. Corporate in Carrollton TX will not call me back or give me any answers on my check. Corporate told me i had to do an EXIT interview to get last check but will not respond to my messsages or calls. I am really hurt about the whole situation because how i was treated and falsely accused of taking $100 from drops. I ve never stolen anything in my life and i worked in customer service for almost 15 years and has never been short on any cash drawer ive worked on. I was a new worker at a new job and feel like i was taken advantage of because of NO CAMERAS in WORKPLACE.

I feel like my manager accused me of taking $100 from the drops but kept telling me i was fine and she knew i didn’t take anything. She is the KEY HOLDER to the SAFE DEPOSIT BOX and has ALL ACCESS to the SAFE and could have EASILY TAKEN that $100 out of one of my drops that very next morning and could have tampered with my paperwork to make me look $100 short before anyone came in. She also DID NOT call me that very morning after and give me NONE of this info regarding shortages like any other PROFESSIONAL MANAGER would have did a procedure to let the employee know all shortages that was made . She did NONE OF THE ABOVE. I feel that she TOOK the money and was trying to get me the NEW GIRL to pay it back to cover her butt before her bosses get all on her for her. I DID NOT TAKE ANY $100 and will not pay $100 that i DID NOT take. NO CAMERAS (my word against their word) NO PROOF of what goes on in that store and i know for a fact employees take money from drawers as a EYE WITNESS. I Will FIGHT this until i get some answers and my LAST PAYCHECK because I AM NO THIEF.

Every worker that works at that location is age 16-21 NONE have FOOD HANDLERS CARD, the store is very DIRTY NASTY workplace, old pizzas all stacked up on floor were the public can see So GROSS, the workers DO NOT use gloves or WASH HANDS throughout shift NASTY. I will never eat there because this is what i witnessed as working there. NO CAMERAS NO GLOVES NO HAND WASHING these teenagers and young adults are FREE to do whatever at this location. SMOKE WEED/CIGARETTES during non busy shifts out back NO CAMERAS.

I too worked at one in Ohio, no gloves... That made me ill but what I thought was worse was at the end if the night, instead if giving employees, or anyone for that matter, the left over bread or pizza, they would open the pizza box and toss the pizza in the dumpster, the saved the box to reuse it!

that seems to be going on alot all over the company to be honest. in my store i was working the gm was texting everyone and having any convo they wanted. one day a employee texted me and i responded why u texting me so late in the night her answer i was bored... and other was talking about drinking in a parking lot after hrs and where to go. but i got fired because i responded to a text but also for a comment i made about drinking., how is this fair when employees date managers and soon as something they dont like they all gang up on one person to get rid of that person. this company is a very shady shady place to work i will never never let any of my friend family or others who thinking about ownen a little caeser go there cause its a scam. u play by there rules do what they say yall be fine soon as u go out side there rules ur fired for no reason

Ordered a pizza (23 feb 2012) was told it would be "ready n 10 mins". I came bak nn 20 mins and it was not ready. The short mexi-amer girl at the counter (wearing dark framed glasses) became irate when I mentioned that this was not the 1st time that I was lied to about the time- line and that they also charge the highest prices (LCP) n Fresno. The girl mouthed: "don"t come back. Fuk off"!

Misrepresenting themselves to unsuspecting new employees, lying to them about hiring positions, and not paying them! This company continueously get complaints for racism, lying to qualified black managers, that they will be hired as managers, and instead hiring them as janitors! While women &/whites who are not qualified to be managers ARE HIRED AS (you guest it) MANAGERS!
I worked for this company for weeks as a Manager, and I was refused PAY!?!
I've yet to get paid to services rendered, and I promptly filed a complaint against Little Ceasars to the Better Business Bureau..
For African-Americans- This is a lousy company to work for...

Dear Little Caesars,
I would like to inform you that on the day of Friday 1/07/11 my Hot and Ready was neither hot nor ready. I must admit I was highly disappointed given the fact that I chose your establishment over Pizza Hut which is directly adjacent to the Little Caesars on 717 S I-35e, Denton, TX 76205. Now me being a previously content customer I decided to wait on this pizza. Approximately five minutes and some odd seconds later, ironically I received my “Hot and Ready”. This is not a complaint but more of a concerned consumer caring about what he gets for his dollar. Being an entrepreneur I understand that you don’t have any direct control over every employer on your payroll however, I couldn’t help but notice a poster on the window that read your Hot and Ready promise. Since I was not pleased with the customer service or efficiency of your “promise” I would like some form of empathy shown towards this matter.

At my little caesars in collinsville illinois the pizza is never hot nor ready ever. You can go in at 1-8pm and still have to wait 20 mins to get your "hot and ready pizza" better off to go to pizza hut

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com hard pizza crust-broken tooth

We bought a sausage pizza and brought it home right away for dinner. As I was chewing on the crust, I bite into a hard piece of dough and it broke my tooth. So the next day, after seeing my dentist for temporary help with the pain, I called the Store manager to tell him what had happened and he told me he didn't believe the crust broke my tooth. I told him I had no reason to lie, that I had some dental insurance, but I was sure it wouldn't pay the whole total for repairing my tooth with the estimates I received. I had to pay that day for a $50.00 visit. He said he was sorry but he made the pizza himself that day and that there was no way the crust was that hard! So my husband called the manager the next day and he told him the same thing, but finally offered to give our family a pizza a day for a month. My husband told him that one broken tooth was enough that a $5.00 pizza was going to cost over $900.00 to repair, but he told him he was tempted to take him up on the offer and give the pizza to the homeless! I then started complaining on the online customer service forms to no avail. As of today I have had no response either in writing or by calling me. So that service too is a joke. It is obvious that Little Caesars has no Customer Service and they will not stand behind their product. So from July 25th 2010, till today October 26, 2010 I have had no word from Little Caesar customer service, the rude manager called me a liar, refused to pay for the damage, and I still have to deal with the pain of the broken tooth, since I do not have what the insurance refuses to pay to repair my tooth myself. I am disabled and live on a fixed income. True dental repair is expensive but this isn't my fault. I have encouraged all my friends and family to go elsewhere for pizza. If the manger hadn't been so rude, I wouldn't have done that. I would love to take him to small claims court over the principle of the whole situation, but it's my word against his. He doesn't stand behind what he sells, so who really would be lying? Thanks to other complaints I have found 4 phone numbers that aren't listed on Little Caesar's web site and will be calling and writing to them also. Moral of my story, stay away from $5.00 Little Caesar sausage pizza, it will cost you $900.00 and a lot of pain and humiliation! I can't show a picture, but I still have the piece of my tooth!

And to get them to pay your medical bills, you will most likely have to press charges. All the customer service can do is offer free food.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Nasty food, only suitable for dogs

Every now and then, I would visit 'Little Ceasars Pizza'. I did this 04-10-09 in St. Louis, Mo., at the one on Chippeawa and So. Kingshighway. I ordered 2 bottles of soda, an order of their ribs and some buffalo wings. Little did I know that the rubs come with NO sauce and the wings NO dressing. When I asked the Young man said NONE comes on the ribs, just dry ribs. I started to asked for a refund but instead I got my order and left, highly not happy. The food was nasty but my dog ate it with no problem. I WON'T BE BACK!

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Poorly Made Pizza

I went into Little Caesars to get 1 of their hot and readys.Its $5.25 where I live and I was 1 cent short.The cashier told me so and I go well cant you take 1 penny from the tip jar or just forget about it, Its just 1 penny and He looks at me like Im crazy and then I have to go to the car and get a penny just to satisfiy him.I understand that they gotta make money but its just a penny.Ive seen restaurants take money from donation jars to cover for bills.

Another complaint is I went there for another Hot and Ready and it wasnt even close to Hot and Ready.It was dry like it had been sitting there for days and It was mainly cold with only parts of it being warm/hot.

I really think Little Caesars needs to rethink their entire buisness because they are very corrupt.Their pizza isnt even that good, Its just cheap.The crust is too hard and rubbery, The pepperoni are way too spicy, and the Pizza falls apart when you have a lot of toppings on it (Extra Cheese for example).

I went to little Caesars pizza place I ordered they told me 7 to 10 minutes for a deep dish pizza I said okay I will wait 20 minutes later I ask is my pizza done they gave it to someone that just walked in and ordered a deep dish pizza. I ask for my money back which was paid with a debt card the young 16 year old manager said it will take 7 to 10 days it will be back on your debt card. The didn't say sorry here's a pizza not a thing. Oh she yelled out the door have a great day...After working 16 hrs and waiting 30 minutes for a pizza you want to yell have a good day.. Wow I will never go to that place again. They need adults to be managers.

I bought 4 pizzas last night and there was hardly no sauce on 3 of them and no sauce on the 4th one I will never buy pizza there again and I advise every one else not to there pizza sucks

What part of a pizza is fresh.
I called little caesars and asked them to make me a fresh pizza and wings and I live only a few blocks away from them, when I got home my pizza was cold and so were the wings I ordered. What part of your advertising is true none of it. I will never eat any of your stinking food ever again. Your food is the worst food in the pizza world. You done this to me three times. I think you should go out of business. And give me my money back for the three times I had to throe your food in the trash because it sucked.

Little Caesar Enterprises / LittleCaesars.com Crazy Breads

Little Caesars offers Crazy Breads (8 sticks for $1.50) which are very delicious. My students and children all like them and their pizzas very much. However, when I buy it from this Oak Lawn Little Caesars, they usually put only 3 or 4 pieces of crazy bread sticks as shown in the poster that they put on the wall, and the rest of them are as small as 3 (barely 4) inches (all other Little Caesars restaurants give exactly as advertised). When I asked the lady not to put small sticks because if they do so (not as advertised on the poster), that is deceiving the customers. Then, Mr. Saeed, the manager, came out angry and -infront of other customers and my teenager son- told me that, “ they never satisfied me, all of his staff complained of me (because I wanted the same size of crazy breadsticks, as advertised), he was tired of me, and he and his staff wouldn't serve me anymore.” I’m a 52 year-old teacher and had to leave the restaurant shocked and very embarrassed. Since then, I’ve been telling about this experience to everybody I know, including the teachers and the other staff in my school. We stopped buying from Little Caesars -Oak Lawn until they prove that the food quality, service, and the attitude of the staff are improved.

I worked at a Little Caesar's when I was in high school. The dough for the crazy bread is run through a machine to flatten it out - it comes out looking like an oval. The oval is then stretched a little at the corners to make the pieces more even, cut, then stored to be baked as needed. When the dough is stored, it shrinks slightly. This causes it to revert back to its original oval form. The end pieces will always be shorter than the middle pieces. If you want the pieces to all be even, you need to ask them to bake a brand new one for you and stretch the dough so the end pieces are long, then wait for them to be baked and prepared. They cannot make an order up for you out of all long, middle pieces without taking apart the packages that have already been constructed and wrapped (not to mention leaving someone else with all smaller end pieces).

As an employee, I know that you are SUPPOSED to get eight breadsticks that are covered in butter and cheese and salt. Honestly, I do not enjoy working at Little Caesars because it is not a fun experience. However, I do know that we are obligated to treat our customers with respect and give them what they have ordered and on time. We do have the right to refuse service to anyone but that is only if they disrespect our service.

Betul, I just think you go there for free food, this Oak Lawn location is one of the best Little Caesars in Illinois, the store is always clean, food is always fresh, staff always looking great, customer service is outstanding, fast, so i dont know what are you talking about! You want the bread to look like the picture? yea right, good luck with that. Plus you said all of the staff complained of you so that means you did complain alot about the same thing, it's only a $1.50 order so just buy 2 orders and get offfffffffffff it, don't forget that the dough is maid by humans not machines, snd it will never be equal sizes.

I WAS RIGHT THIS FEMALE IS PURPOSELY CAUSING ERRORS NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO OTHERS AND LYING ON TOP OF IT OMG! how she lied to her boss to say I wanted a complete refund of my order, OMG! I just wanted to exchange my wings {I wanted BBQ NOT spicy} AND HOW SHE SAID SHE WOULD EXCHANGE THEM, NOT! SHE REFUSED AND THAT’S WHY I WAS UPSET! I COULDN’T EAT SPICY WINGS AND I JUST ASKED IF I COULD RETURN THERE ANOTHER DAY SINCE IT WAS 105 degrees OUT SIDE OMG! AND OF COURSE THERE GOING TO SIDE WITH HER BECAUSE IT IS CYA! AND THEY DID I STILL DID NOT GET A EXCHANGE OR REFUND! they don't want to loose any profits they truly do burn people/customers at this site AND YES I WILL LET ALL MY CO-WORKERS KNOW AS well AS FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES! omg! little Caesars are a scam if the make any errors! PRIOR COMPLAINT! I telephoned an order into Little Caesars ( I ordered 4 $5.00 pizza’s and 2 BBQ chicken wings and 1 jalapeño cheese bread}.. As i picked up my order I also ordered 2 2-liters Pepsi and a crazy bread.. I did not realize that the chicken wings were not BBQ wings so... I called and informed them they gave me the wrong order {they proceeded to keep telling me THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT! I even asked the 1st person there name and never did I get the young boys name and finally the "MANGER got on the PHONE and also insisted there was nothing they could do about there error.. THIS did upset me I went back {{unfortunately I DID TRIP on the way in {on the carpet and dropped one of there wings in the floor.. I do have 2 vertebras in my back deteriorating and I do have corporal tunnel syndrome in my hands…. as I caught my balance I went to put the other one down on the counter BUT it unfortunately slid off and as the ""manger came around the corner it collided with her}} when I entered the building NO ONE WAS AT THE counter "one person was IN the BACK making pizzas" SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY ASSISTANCE ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON ABOUT THIS ERROR, I do BELIEVE THIS FEMALE IS PURPOSELY CAUSING ERRORS TO CUSTOMERS AS LIKE TO MYSELF and refusing to fix them.. I feel she is making many errors and don’t want to accommodate the customers I am fully aware I am Not the ONLY ONE to have this complaint to this particular site..

Good Morning,

My name is Francisca Medina. I have had a very bad expericanced at Little Cesar’s Pizza on Dewey Avenue. The customer service was extremely poor. Employees and Management did not provide customer service only degraded me as the customer. This location not only gave me the wrong order but spoke rudely to me regarding the way I drove in the plaza in which the shop is located. The manger at the time advised me never to return after I insisted that I did not appreciate the way employee spoke about me before leaving the pizza shop. This incident occurred on 6/8/10 in the evening. I am writing this complain because my evening was ruined for me and my family. I am also writing this complain because I believe the way I was treated has had to occured to other customer's, but may not have complained about the lack of customer service at this location. Please investigate the lack of customer service this location has. Pizza is the number one dinner takeout food for many families and this is one location that I will reinforce many families not to visit due to the lack of respect and customer service the location provides.

Maybe you should learn about your so called "corporal tunnel syndrome." It's Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Also by the looks of your typing, and amazing errors in spelling, I can't imagine how backwards, and idiotic you were with these people on the phone. I mean really, I have seen 5 year old kids with better spelling. Your poor attempts at showing your displeasure come off as lies, and you constantly adding punctuation where it doesn't belong, and very poor attempt at the English language, makes me not only not care about your problems, but also not believe you.

I have never in my life been to a restaurant, and had an order come back wrong, and the employees, and specifically the manager, refuse to make it right. How about you get an education, and then learn to speak to people in a civilized manner, and with some respect. I used to work for a call center, and it was idiots like you that call in completely belligerent, and cursing up a storm. Also with people like you it always turned out THEY were in the wrong, or if we had made a mistake, they were too spastic, out of control, and completely uncooperative, for us to get a chance to make it right.

Let me guess how this really went down. You walked in, were in a rush, and ordered wings, never specifying what type. You then instead of checking the order before leaving, drove all the way home, and then noticed the "mistake." You then proceeded in calling in to these poor people who make minimum wage, and then began to scream, curse, and act like a complete lunatic. They then probably told you to come back, and they would fix it. Well this wasn't good enough for the mighty idiot here, and you proceeded to demand they remember your name, and face, and let you keep the wings you got (which you would have eaten) and you would come back for some free wings. When you got there, you decided to act like the bad mother you are, and while going into this place of business, you fell and looked like the idiot you are. Do I have it about right?

If you want someone to believe they have an employee messing up orders, so said employee can get cursed at, and screamed at for seven bucks an hour, you won't find any idiots here to take that bait. I thankfully am far past having to work for minimum wage, but I treat people that do with respect, and never get irate, and belligerent. Maybe next time you will do the same.

best advice is to talk to the better business buaru personally i think it will cost you more to get this sorted than the amount you paid!

I am very sick and tired of the little ceasars in Romeo, MI. This place always has under cooked pizza and it always flat as a pancakes with no sauce i have been to this place many times, but now i am sick and tired of it my pizza i ordered over the phone was still awful for the third time and they never even offered to fix it at all that place should be looked into, it is not being ran right.
