Literay Guild / Unasked for bookclub memberships

I recently found myself with memberships in book clubs and online music sites that I did not sign up for. Getting these canceled is a long process. I have gotten letters saying they can not process my orders because they thankfully don't have my credit card. But one of them keeps sending books an I send them back. My credit card was recently hit with wrong charges that my credit card company caught. All this happened at about the same time. Customer service is rarely responsive except for lip service.
