Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Just poor quality and if over 30 days you're stuck

Ok to make a long story short they make mistakes sent items to address and it was returned un-deliverable and they are not willing to credit me what they received back and now they will not allow me to use budget pay I have o pay in full look I have auto draft if they hit my card they got there money, we had road construction I told the post to hold packages they did not ship them back there been a lot of problems that was ll caused by customer service not doing there job so I tape them they font want to talk now strange huh?

They have promised me for 4 months to send me 2 — rose colored 20 — inch chains that was not with item's.. Still waiting and all these packages they claim they cant find even when I sent them there tracking number still no credits.

I don't trust any company and I suggest when you talk to any one tape them.

Poor quality I don't buy rings just low cost they and bangles and bracelets all stones fall out and your stuck with items after 30 days no insurance provided or will they fix and you pay them. Made in india mostly.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Lousy customer service

I have bought many jewelry and watch items. Last year my sister and I spent around $6, 000.00. I have always been satisfied until the last few months. The items are not the quality they used to be. Customer service is very poor. When you complain they ask you to leave a message and they will return your call. Good luck with that. They charged me twice for one item. I had to call the bank to get my money back. I do not know what is going on with them. When I finally got a manager named Adam it was not a person but a recording. I told them if they did not take care of this problem that I would never buy any thing from them. It is really ashamed that they do no care anymore. Good luck buying anything from them.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Defective merchandise

I've been a member of liquidation channel since 2011, lately 3 out of 8 items seem to be defective I mean beads from broken necklaces laying in the bottom of the box, scarves with holes in them, rings with stones missing, each and every time I have called these people they I have been told because of my replacement of merchandise, charge back to credit card & store credit they can no linger assist me until the $9.99 item is sent back I explained to them I have no problem sending item back as I have done several times in the past I also told her the item would not be available by the time I received my credit back 4-6 weeks from now she could careless. I am writing this to let people know what poor quality this merchandise is .

I have purchased a lot of rings and other jewellery from this company. The only rings that seem to keep the stones in them are the ones that are bezel set and a few of them have fallen out! And I'm also sick and tired of paying shipping and handling for each item, then they hold them up and send a bunch in one bag! I have waited over 2 weeks for items because they were held up to ship together.

Here lately I have been buying off their auction line win items and have had items received on part of jewlery in box for example I won a necklace with 7 stones to interchange in pendent funny thing is the necklace was missing so stones are useless. I have also won auctions at a very low price and mysteriously the cancel them with no explanations but next day back on auction so beware they scam people and the customer service is horrable once they got your money it's hard to get back or receive a refund they give you a runaround with plenty of excusses. And now there doing the same thing on the live TV sale this company is getting worse and worse will never buy from them again.

Bought garnet bracelet on Dec. 16, 2013 & was was gonna wear it for the first time last Sat. May 17, 2014. As soon as I put it on one of the stones came off. So glad it happened then cause when I phoned customer service, I was told that Liquidation channel only has 30 days for allowing defective jewelry to be returned . If I want I could buy another...

Don't waste your hard earned money on the glass and metal jewelrly that they sell, the stones fall off on the first time you put on the ring. I ordered a few rings from them and had the same problem with all of them. My friends also ordered some items and the best part is that you can't return it after 30 days, even when the merchandise is damaged. They only sell chip China made c***. Even if it cost you $10.00, keep it in your pocket, spend a little more and get the real SS jewelry on Ebay or better yet, Netaya.com.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Never received money for items I returned

BAck in July by sister passed and had ordered some items. I called and asked if I could return. Sure we have to credit the account they were charged to. I said ok but I closed her account, the rep said you can contact your bank and they will honor it. I did this and returned the jewelry. They sent the money to the bank however the bank didn't recognize it and sent it back. After multiptle communications and months later, they now say they can't send my money back to the bank because they can only do one refund. The bank won't do a dispute cause it is has been over 60 days. Now the liquidation channel has my jewelry and money, and I have been talking to the customer service manager and now she won't respond to me.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Poor service

I have been purchasing from this company for more than a year and have purchased many items (probably into the thousands of dollars at this point). In the last several months I am sorry to say I have seen a dramatic decline in service and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Delivery is promised in 5-7 days. Orders that used to take no more than 48 hours to ship now take a week or more. Often then don't ship at all. One of my orders was cancelled after more than half a month of my trying to find out why it wasn't shipping and I was told there was "a quality or quantity control issue, " as though they didn't know which one. Apparently there wasn't either, as they are still selling the identical item on the auction site. That wasn't the only order I've had problems with shipping, just the most drastic. Stupidly, I decided to give them one last try and placed an order for one item four days ago. Now I'm still waiting for that item to ship -- more aggravation! I've completely lost confidence in this company and don't think I'll be ordering again. At this point, I can't recommend them at all. It's too bad because their items are nice, for the most part (a few clunkers but mostly good things) and they have good prices, but virtually nonexistent customer service -- excessively long wait times even to speak with a customer service representative and ineffective assistance once you do get through. I've had orders arrive from other countries faster than from this company. This is company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction at all.

That is pretty much the same thing that happened to me. I had place an order on June 1st. They sent me an email on June 2nd that it had shipped and estimated delivery was June 9th. That date came and went. I kept looking at the tracking number and it kept saying it couldn't be found. DHL answered my email inquiring what they knew and they stated they had received notice that the package would be mailed but it was never brought to them. I emailed Liquidation Channel and they never responded. I had paid through Paypal (thank goodness) and emailed them from Paypal website. They responded with a tracking number, which was the exact same one I already had. I responded to them that that tracking number was no good. They never did answer again. Meanwhile, Paypal was monitoring the conversation and let me know they would try to help. I then escalated my complaint to a claim which Paypal then took over. Paypal responded three days later to let me know they had gotten me a refund.

Oh dear I guess I'm in for a disappointment. I ordered a set of yellow and white diamond earrings for $80 for Mother's Day. Still haven't received them. Customer Service only say on the phone that the order has been shipped to Canada and it might be held up at the border. I called Master Card and reported the problem. A business has to be registered with Master Card in order to process charges. They will resolve the problem for me.

I had the same thing happen to me and they blocked me too. The clasps to their bracelets seem to be cheaply made. they take forever to give you back money.I wonder if they advertise in Austin as the authorities weren't familiar with their channel but close to their addy. I feel if one of us was local we wou;ld have complained to the police.

I have had the same experience with this company as you. Very poor Customer Service - these guys are just plain stupid! I have never delt with a company that had such stupid employees. I had returned things wanting a replacement & was told it was out of stock but a day or so later I see it being auctioned off on TV. The quality of some of their stuff is just outrageously poor. Their slogan is "EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY" Well that is an outrageous lie! I have a amethyst ring that I wore twice & one of the small stones fell out & lost :( I have complained so much to the company & returned thousands of $'s worth of stuff because of bad quality, that they have blocked me from the website. I am no longer allowed to purchase from them. I am soooooooooo disappointed about that - HaHa :) What really burns my butt is that what they show on TV - it is guaranteed that what you get in the mail will not look like what you saw on TV. I really screamed bloody murder about a Tiger's eye ring that I really wanted - when I got it in the mail the quality of the stone was a D- at best. I wrote Jose Perez in CS a really nasty letter stating how outraged & disappointed I was in their merchandise & that I know what good stones are & they sure weren't sending out Exceptional Quality merchandise. Well I got a replacement ring that was fairly decent to my surprise. But my point is that you shouldn't have to go through all of that to get what you want! I have spent countless hours emailing & phoning them in regards to bad merchandise & poor CS that I have just had it with them. I don't know how they can get away with the deception that they are selling quality jewelry? I've ordered items from liquidation channel since they first came on the air as "The Jewelry Channel". I was always pleased and always received items within 7 days. As they are based in Austin TX and I live in Houston, it should never take any longer than that, right? I ordered 3 items around The end of December and when I didn't receive after 12 days, I called customer care. The girl told me if I wasn't happy, I could always cancel the order, as the items had not even been mailed out yet! I got angry and told her to go ahead and cancel the order. I did get my money back in my account fast. I decided to try again. This time the order was sent, but it has been 2 full weeks, from Austin to Houston, and still waiting for a package. Not good, they have plenty of customers now, so, why bother. I love the rings, but I'm going to send a letter to the President of the company, Mr Gerald Tempton, about the service. Maybe it will help.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel False misleading advertising

This complaint was forwarded to the BBB for numerous issues and none were clearly addressed and there will be another notification to the Attorney General in TX regarding Fraud/misleading advertisement and do not speak to the CS Manager, Zeke Redden he would not take the recordings nor correspondence to back these complaints:
This is a long deserved and overdue complaint and a request for action regarding the Liquidation Channel. I have had numerous issues with this company.
1. They assume zero responsibility for warehouse issues
2. They hold orders in order save shipping costs.
3. They are slow to ship items.
4. The customer service is poorly managed and trained.
5. All Supervisors and/or Managers busy when there is a problem.
6. I have been hung up on.
7. I have received differing information.
8. I have received a “promised” call from a manager and did not receive one.
9. They don’t advise a customer when an item will not be shipped, they simply ignore it and process a refund and cross it out on the invoice with zero explanation.
10. I have been told customer service cannot contact the warehouse then turn around on the same call stating a manager is going to the warehouse to “locate” a product that has already been paid for in advance from an auction item.
11. They are inflating retail prices when you can find the same or similar items on Ebay from china/Japan for a quarter of the price.
12. A supervisor told me they couldn’t pull an item from auction in order to send it to the rightful buyer and then in the same call they pulled the vey same item claiming it was defected. What is truth and what is fiction. I asked if the bidders on the item would be made aware of the pulled item and the reply was, “No, they will not”.
13. I have yet to receive items that I paid for via their auction that is the actual item I bid on, won and paid for and they don’t have the item to sell but still take your money.
14. A supervisor Camille M. did not return emails to me. (I have copies of said emails)
15. Packaging is horrible- broken jewelry bags and items just thrown in a bubble wrapped white envelope.
16. Placing items an on auction that are not available to ship and accepting payment for the item anyway. I believe that is misleading or defrauding the consumers.
17. Offering coupons/store credits when they cannot be utilized.
18. Avoidance of speaking to a Manager, at all costs.
19. Long hold times
20. Items that are broken or damaged when received.
Seriously, file with the BBB to ensure consumers are not in my position.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Jade bracelet

In April 2012 I ordered two items from the Liquidation Channel with my debit card. I have never bought myself jewelry and was totally excited to receive a teardrop jade ring surrounded by peridot and a jade (tennis-like) bracelet. Within a week, the $50 ring lost a stone so I called customer service and they had me return it and I received my money in like three days. I was very disappointed. If you order an item and it breaks or is defective and there are no more in stock, they refund your money.

Now here's the part that angers me to the fullest. About 3 weeks later, the $150 jade bracelet broke as well. My elderly mother was driving into town so I asked her to stop at the post office and mail the bracelet back ( I had already packaged, addressed, and had it ready to go). My mother forgot to get a delivery confirmation and instead bought stamps and gave me the package back with some stamps. She put 5 or 6 stamps on the envelope which was more than enough postage. I live in a rural area and so when my mail carrier came by, I handed her the package and she said it was fine and had enough postage and that it would only take a few days to make it to Texas from Wisconsin where I live. That was on June 6th, 2012.

I called LC and they said there was a bracelet in stock so they would send it to me once they rec'd the broken one. Well today is June 30th and about a week ago I called to check on the status of my return. I was told that there were no more bracelets in stock which was a contradiction to what I was originally told (I was upset). Since the bracelet was no longer in stock, they said they would refund my $150 to my debit card. To date, no refund. They are sick of me calling and when I called today the customer service rep told me that because I did not mail it from the post office with a delivery confirmation, my bracelet was either stolen or lost. Now I am out $150. The man said the return department was a week behind schedule but come on, I mailed it on June 6th! It's amost July.

Needless to say, I am furious to lose out on my $150 especially since I am on disability and I purchased the jewels with my back pay money. THE LIQUIDATION CHANNEL STOLE MY MONEY! I would not recommend anyone to order from them no matter how good it looks on TV, their products are junk and fall apart after wearing only a few times.

I ordered 2 rings 11.11.2022 I called customer service 14 days later and they said they are cancelling the order and have initiated a PAYMENT (Not a refund) MEANING THEY ARE CHARGING ME AGAIN FOR 2 RINGS THEY HAVE NEVER SHIPPED. IF I WANTED TO REORDER I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR THE RINGS.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Didnt receive jewelry

I won designer earrings, a ring and a bracelet I received the ring and bracelet but not the designer earrings, I emailed them and they appologized and said they would have them sent right out, so far I have not received the earrings, I believe it is becuase they are designer they hope to get you there by offering designer merchandise along with the other jewelry so you will purchase the other stuff and then not actually send out the designer stuff (pianegonda is the designer) I am really disappointed in them, I have been emailing them but have not gotten any more responses. this is a scam.

Shop LC / Liquidation Channel Items I never received

I bid and won on 2 items on November 22/2011. The total price was only $7.00 but my intent was to give them away as stocking suffers to a teenager. I did not receive the items and despite numerous calls to LC customer service, I still have not received the package. I have made several purchases from them in the past and did not have any problems. Yet over a $7.00 order, the representative tells me I have received the order and an "Investigation" needs to be conducted to find out the whereabouts of the package. I don't know why this "Investigation" was not conducted when I call them on 12/01, 12/15, 12/31 and 01/01 to inquire about it. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS from now on if I order anything from them again. I have been waiting to speak to a supervisor at LC. They DON'T bother returning customers calls.

This company has the WORST customer service & Management I have ever encountered! They WON"T help you, but instead hang up the phone on you after they hear your complaint/problem!

It's NOT worth a customer's time and headache to deal with this company!

Something really wrong here. I don't think lc should be able to rent tv space or ads. Tried to order sum wallets & it was a disaster from start to finish. Website is non functional. Customer service out to lunch. Now I must track visa as I have no idea of status of order at this time. Do not waste your life on this sketchy company. Scary.

Shop LC keeps canceling my orders. No reason given, just a robotic phone call informing me the orders are canceled. When I called they confirmed there was no problem with my payment methods, just a "glitch." Eight times in a row? I can't see ordering again from a company that will consistently (and seemingly arbitrarily) cancel 90% of the orders I place for no apparent reason. Better places to buy!

I have been a customer for a very long time with this company and never had a problem until now. They have charged me twice for one item. I emailed them and they said that the one charge was to make sure I had the money in my account and the second charge was for the item. I should expect the one charge to be be deposited back in 3-5 business days. They then send me another email 2 hours later saying they did not see where I was charged twice, even though I sent them my statement from my bank showing it, I sent my statement again and said yes, it was taken out twice in the same day. They then said same thing about being deposited back into my account in 3-5 business days. I'm very confused bc I have never had any company including this one do this before. And why do I have to wait that long to have my money back? I see this as theft and still have not seen my money back.

I've bought a lot from LC and most of the time, I have been satisfied with my purchases. I have had some returns for damage, but have usually received a refund without any problems. Once I did order some 14K gold stud earrings that came loose in a package, and the backs were missing. I called LC and stated that if I received the backs to the earrings I would still like to keep them. They sent some stainless steel backs separately. Since I had ordered 14K gold, I didn't want the stainless steel, so I sent both the studs and backs in for a refund. They sent them back to me saying they could not refund them because of the mismatched backs! So I'm expected to be satisfied with them as is, even though they were not. I decided not to push the issue, since they weren't that much, but given the amount of business I've had with them, it should not have been a problem.

all the above has happened to me i like to order there stud earrings and glue all items after 30 days with jewelers glue the silver is to soft and the prongs on all stones to short you lose our stone and they will not do a thing after 30 days its yours. I have a lot of jewelry but i try to stay with the 9.99 sales they come around a few times I been with them 8 years and just tape all conversations.

they are not to be trusted i know the way its ran i have a friend who works with there so called sister network.

that is the reason lc puts on the show . any item under $ 200.00 can not be returned, the can send the costumer all kinds of broken crap . .and the costumer can not return it . when will people wise up, and not be so stupid . stay away from shopping channels you will get stiffed and scammed every time .. as soon as the have your credit card number the got you . check your bank statements it is very important and can save you a lot of money and head pain what ever if you purchased from lc or jtv, over and over . you may be missing some money . the are crooks out to scam you . i hope you have learned a lesson . stay away, go to a decent jewelry store . you find bargains . if you have walmart near you . thats the place to get your jewelry . but not lc, or jtv or any other chopping chanel . the all have very serious complaints . learn from them . those companys are out to get you and scam you . swindle lie mislead and misrepresent . the are nothing but sheisters and crooks, and laugh in back of you . when the scammed you . and swindled you out of your money . and dont delete any emails what so ever corespondence you had with lc . dont argue over the phone . the can cut out what the want . email thats the only way, that way you have proof of what was said . read this letter. it can save you a lot of money an d head pain..

So far, I've had just a few gliches. I have ordered quite a bit, and if I needed to call them and could not get in touch, they would call me back. I was told by customer service that they had to revamp their customer service department and she admitted that they have had a lot of problems and they have and will continue to work on them to get it right for the consumer. Now if something is not quite right with my order, they have either replaced it or given me credit. I do like my jewelry that I have gotten. So as of now 2013, they have improved greatly and even my stuff arrived before last Christmas. So the latter part of 2012 until as of this date, they have shown me nothing but courtesy.
