Linknow Media review: I got only rude and harassing email from unknown email 1

I got the phone call from Linknow Media. The guy offered me to use their services, which included the website’s design and support if it was necessary. The price wasn’t high and I paid the fee. As well as the guy took all the details and said that the designer would contact me if s/he has any questions. But I got very rude and harassing email, so I decided to reach the designer, but the phone was unavailable all the time. Please, share info about this company. Are they professionals at all?
