LinkDSL / Bad collection service
I was LinkDSL customer & they offered me to collect the monthly subscription from home & I accept their offer.
Every month no one come to home to collect their money & on the other hand they disconnect the service.
it is not my mistake to reply on your service, it is your collection problem not mine.
The most negative feedback I've received from their customer service when they told me that they collect money from home through another vendor!!!
is it my mistake? who sign a contract with the vendor, me or you?
