I had an issued with this company Linda the Bra Lady and after three months my issue remains unresolved! It seems like they forgot about me or simply don't care. Three months ago I bought two items from Linda the Bra Lady company and paid extra money for the next day delivery but my order arrived almost two weeks later and there was only one item in the package. I contacted them and Linda support said that second item was not in stock and I will get a refund for it. They promised I'll get my money back but here we are three months later and still nothing! I'm extremely disappointed with this company! Beware!
dishonest, poor response and service
I purchased an arm shaper from this company for 29.95 plus 7.00 S/H. When the product arrived, I attempted to try it on, but the seam on the right arm ripped in two places before I even had the garment on completely. I returned the item with required returns/exchange form, only to have it sent back with pictures of the product and an explanation that they can only accept merchandise unworn and in sellable condition. The company says it guarantees all its merchandise for 30 days. This product was not worn (hello, it ripped!). It is NOT a bra, underwear or swimwear. The company also stated in their letter they could not accept the product because it was not "sellable." I contacted the company and was told someone would respond to me. Here it is a few weeks later and I am still waiting...cheated out of 36.00 and the product I had requested to be replaced. DO NOT do business with this company!

I ordered an $88.00 bra from this company because they featured no shipping charges. When I received the bra I didn't try it on as I figured it would be identical to the same brand/style that I had purchased from Nieman Marcus. Big mistake on my part. I wore the bra for 4 hours and it felt snug and the cup was not quite as large. I had also made the mistake of not keeping the packing slip, tags, and original box it shipped in. I emailed the company expressing my dissatisfaction and also told them I didn't appreciate paying for and receiving a knock off. The reason I felt it was a knock off is that the original bra from Nieman Marcus is made in France, the one I received from this company was made in Thailand. I received a repsonse stating if the item had not been worn it could be returned in the original packaging for another item they carry. OK, why would I want something else from a dishonest company? No thank you. So now I am stuck with a bra that doesn''t fit properly and am out $88.00.
