You have asked for a copy of my bank statement. Why I do not know. The card I will be using has nothing to do with my bank. NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY will I send this. There is personal information that I am not willing to share.

It seems to be very difficult to deal with your company. The first order I placed, the charges went through but you refunded all the items. Why I do not know. The second order I placed is when you requested a copy of my bank statement. This will be my third and last attempt to do business with you. May I add, on the first two orders your company lost $700.00 . If my order does not go through, you will loose another $200.00.

Here's hoping for a resoluation.
