Linda Rossouw / extremely poor service

I purchased a, watch for my husband for Christmas but when he opened the parcel the watch was defective.
I then completed a reurns application. I received a sms saying collection will take place today 27th. RRN41285cae. I phone 5 times from 14.30 just to make sure they are still coming, at first call the lady said they are on their wauy, now its 29.21 and still no collection after I sat entire day at home waiting.

I phoned again Mr Delivery number and requested to speak to a manager, the lady put me on hold and sfter 15 min I dropped the phone. I then phoned Takealit customer service and the lady informed me that she can only try and get hold of the courier company but she is knocking off duty in 4 min time and cant do anything else. I again requested to speak to a manager...without success

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I WLL NEVER ORDER FROM TAKEALOT AGAIN...AS SOON AS YOU PAY FOR THE GOODS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING YOUR COMPLAINTS PROMPLY
