LIME - (TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER) IS A BIG INTERNET PROVIDER SCAMMER!... I USUALLY PUT AT LEAST $100JMD WORTH OF CREDIT ON MY PHONE SO I CAN ACTIVATE "LIME'S" 1DAY INTERNET WHICH LASTS FOR 24HRS FROM THE TIME YOU ACTIVATE THE ONE DAY PLAN.ANYWAY AFTER HAVING 314LIME MINUTES NOT BONUS.. (I WENT ONLINE AND PURCHASE THIS CREDIT WHICH COSTS MORE THAN$314) TAKING IN TO CONSIDERATION THAT MY 1DAY PLAN FROM THE DAY BEFORE WAS NOT OUT AS YET. FEW MINUTES AFTER MY CRED WAS ADDED I CHECK MY BALANCE AND IT WAS 298 LIME MINUTES AND FEW CENTS. FYI: ONCE THERE IS NO INTERNET PLAN ACTIVATED ON THE SIM CARD FOR THE USB MODEM AND YOU OPEN THE SEARCH ENGINE TO BROWSE A NOTIFICATION FROM "LIME" WILL APPEAR ON THE ENTIRE PAGE WARNING YOU THAT IF U CLICK "I ACCEPT"... THEY WILL START CHARGING YOU FROM THE MINUTES ON YOUR PHONE AND NOT LIKE A 1DAY PLAN ..( WITHOUT ACTIVATING A PLAN 314 LIME CREDIT WILL FINISH IN LESS THAN 10 MINS. WHILE ONCE YOU ACTIVATE A PLAN "1DAY PLAN" ITS EQUIVALENT TO JUST 100LIME MINUTES. ) I THEN CLOSE THE BROWSER TO PROCEED TO ACTIVATE MY 1DAY PLAN..I CHECK MY BALANCE AND INSTEAD OF SEEING MY 314 LIME MINUTES I HAVE JUST PURCHASE ONLINE WAY BEFORE MY OLD PLAN WAS FINISHED I SAW 298LIME CREDIT REMAINING.. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE SITUATION HOWEVER THIS JUST MAKES THE SITUATION WORST..I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR ELIZABETH "THATS THE NAME SHE GAVE ON MARCH 22, 2012 APPROXIMATELY 1AM ", SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT AT ANY POINT IN TIME, SHE TALKS WHILE I'M TALKING IGNORING EVERYTHING THAT I SAID, SHE HAS NO RESPECT, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SHE CONSTANTLY SAYING I WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR MY CREDIT "LIME SOLD FROM MY ACCOUNT AND SHE SAID " YOU'LL WILL NOT BE RECEIVE ANY MINUTES ON YOUR LIME ACCOUNT AT ANY GIVEN TIME, PLEASE HOLD FOR TRANSFER, " THIS WAS DONE WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING TO HER .. I DID NOT AGREE FOR ANY TRANSFER SHE JUST DID NOT CARE BECAUSE SHE BELIEVES SHE HAS THE UPPER HAND AND SHE CAN SAY AND DO ANYTHING WRONG FOR SURE AND GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE SHE MAKES IT CLEAR THAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO SPEAK WITH OR DEAL WITH ANY CUSTOMER THAT CALLS IN FOR ASSISTANCE!!! THE WORST PART ABOUT IS " AFTER THAT 32 MINUTES
