Dear sir,

Delay flight on booking of AWYSEA

I am writing in to complain of the flight from Darwin JQ61 that was suppose to depart at 1825hrs but was delay until 3 hours late. I reached changi airport past midnight. I was supposed to pick up by my friend in singapore & put a night before fly back the next day. Should the flight is on time then i should reached singapore by 9.00pm. As the flight was past midnight, my friend refused to pick me up and i was left to find hotel accommodation. On top of that i have to take the taxi that charged be levy & extra. This has caused unneccessary inconvenient. As this is my first time flying with jetstar, i experience inconvenient & have to pay for the expenses. As for airasia (malaysia low cost carrier) do compensate passenger of RM200/= for any delay that exceed 2 hours. As such i appreciate if you could look into it and feed back to me either by mail or email to tonytlbk@yahoo.com . Your attention be appreciate and give me confident for me to travel with Jetstar again.
