Liligalseveral items never received

I placed an order and the money was taken from my account, however I haven't received my order and can not login to my account to submit a refund request. When I try to login it says my email password combo is incorrect but it will not send the link to reset the password. When I try to login as a new user it says my email is already in use. There's no way to email or call, and most importantly no way to get my money back! I'm so very frustrated.
