Lightning Bug Ltd / No service, no refund

Ordered light fixtures from manufacturer, Lightning Bug Ltd. as a member of Direct Buy of Tampa on May 13,20006. Received the wrong color shades of the fixture. Requested a return authorization for the correction, waited 6 months to receive the right color of shades only to the light fixture. Hence forward I requested a refund because of such poor service. I,m still waiting for the refund. I have e-mail and written a letter to Direct Buy of Tampa correspondence with no response.

Also I requested a return authorization for overstocked on an order from the manufacturer, Daltile, because the sales representative was less knowledgeable of tile conversions than myself. This RA was requested on October 7, 2006, and I have not received a credit to this date.

Therefore Direct Buy of Tampa has no control of manufacturers it's affiliated with and is misrepresenting its members.
