I ordered a synthetic wig unit on the 21st of January 2017 my wig was shipped out the very next day . I choose 5-8days shipping a week prior to me needing the wig .
I received an email Tuesday 31st saying my order will be delivered by the 3rd . Nothing came I checked the tracking info nothing has been updated since the 23rd of January . Customer service have not been helpful at all .

    has anyone got the email for this company they have taken £69 for some items i had ordered a month ago and when ive checked my order history its saying ive not placed an order but they have taken the money.. it wont allow me to contact them anywere
