Light In The Box led light up shoes pink

Have been trying to find a contact number or address for over a week now. Bought my daughter these sneakers. They worked fine for a week. Charged them once and now one shoe won't charge. Please let me know what u can do to fix this. She has not even had them long and already one shoe won't work. The chargers work but one shoe won't take charge at all.

Light In The Box my account and order vanished or banished?

In early august 2018, i placed an order for a 'xiomi mi band 2' from lightinthbox.com ; payed through debit card and it displayed that my order will be shipped within next 2-3days, and that it'll reach me within next 15days. But it didn't happen so even after a month.
So I sent a ticket as recommended by the site and got a satisfactory answer stating that my order will be delivered within the completion of 60days that is before 8th September 2017 and if not, than i should write another ticket.
Guess what? I didn't get my order, so to write another ticket, I logged in to my account and it displayed 'wrong password '; I did all the necessary procedures to revive my password and when I finally logged in, all my order and ticket history was cleared... it was all vanished ... there was no order or ticket!
Please look into the matter and get me my order as soon as possible.

Light In The Box slow delivery and cancellation with refund.

I ordered an item on the 23rd August, I've had mutiple emails saying it's shipped and on its way, I'm still waiting.
I've emailed to try and cancel the item so I can get my money back, I've had no response.
I was told my delivery would be within 5 days its now almost been a month and I still don't have the product. I no longer need or want the item anymore and would like a refund.

I need to change my shipping adress.because i forgot to put the housenumber...
I saw(on the tracking list) my order is allready in the netherlands.but how can they deliver?
if the dont know my .
so please please please help me change it!
i go crazy and i try everything to change the adress but it doesnt help!

Light In The Box please, never order from them

My package never arrived. ordered several items in June, and now it's September. I think it's the right time for panicking.
According to the provided tracking number my package was on its way to the US, then it reached New York and all of a sudden was shipped to China again. Ok, I really have no desire to find out why it was sent back, I just want my money back. And it's not easy to do because their reps stopped answering me and since then I have no way to contact them again.

Light In The Box terms not clear

I am trying to purchase some products frin this website but as the items are shipped from china it may impose custom duty in destination country. It is mentioned in the shipping terms and conditions that customer can opt for duty and tax insurance to avoid duty expenses at the time of delivery but this option is not at all available at the time of any product purchase. Only normal shipping insurance check box is created at the time of check out while purchasing. This I think is a fraud with the customer s. Every time a customer buy anything from this website, there occursva problem of custom duty tax which increases the cost to double. moreover there is no conact number or email id mentioned any where in the website. They are making fools of the customer s to create bluddy tickets everytime after spending monry and then leavr the customer waiting for their revert.

Light In The Box account cannot be deleted

Hello,

I want to delete my account at LightInTheBox, but their website does not offer this option and even provides no customer service email address or phone number.

So I want LightInTheBox not just to deactivate, but to delete my account, especially my login name and password.

I can not find my client number, but I once had an order with the order number [protected].

I have got the same terrible experience, I wouldn’t suggest even register there. All items ARS in a very low quality, item colors doesn’t much those in their pictures. This company is stealing your money and not returning your payment.
Just stay away from them. They don’t have functionality “delete account “ so unethical company.

Don’t buy anything from them! You will never receive your order. Also, they will try to charge you again for reshipping or they will give you a partial refund if you don’t want your order to be reshipped. I had to escalate my claim to paypal to get a full refund. Now I want to delete my account with them but the website doesn’t have that option.

Light In The Box I did not receive my order $400

I have not received my order. I ordered online 8/4/17, they supposedly shipped 8/10/17. I notified them by email 9/2/17 that I had not received my package--they responded 9/2/17 stating it was still in transit and I would receive it by 9/17/17. I responded 9/7/17 by telling them the package was indeed late and I'd be in touch. They responsed 9/7/17 again telling me they delivered 8/24/17. This makes no sense. I emailed them 9/8/17 to tell them I have received NOTHING...no response! I just want the items I purchased or a refund. Why is that too much to ask?

Light In The Box adult unicorn onesie, color blue, price 22$ without tax and shipping

I ordered a unicorn onesie and payed for it on the spot when I finished my order, but it appears that 2 days later I get an email from your company telling me that my order is "pending" and that I need to finish my payment. I don't understand why I got that email since I payed on the spot, I got a message from the bank telling me that the money have been taken from my bank account so I'd like to know why my order is not being shipped already since I payed for it.

Light In The Box children's tablet cancelled

I am left absolutely furious after ordering a child's tablet for my daughters first birthday roughly 3 weeks ago! I went to try and find out why it hadn't been delivered only to find out that my order has been cancelled ! Light In The Box led light strip is wrong.

I have ordered, paid for and received an LED light strip with controller, and it is not what was advertised. although the remote displays a white option, there is no white colour on the strip.

To add to the annoyance, your 'my orders' section is showing the order has not even been placed so I cant use any of the returns, replacements or cancellations etc. links.

I would like a replacement of the led strip to include white LEDS like the picture shows in the item description.

Light In The Box fraud

My order had arrived after one month since I placed it instead of 3-day shipping. Moreover, 2 items were broken. According to their policies, I had a right to open a dispute after 45 days and I have to wait for that long to do it. But they didn't help me at all. All I want is to get a refund and do not understand what exactly takes you so long to make this decision.

I have purchased projector through lighting he box.com and received my item on 17th August 2017. When opened the packing, no packing list in that box, but received projector, short TV cable, socket and paper without full information about installation guidance, on that paper no projector name/ number. Finally I checked up with YouTube and other sources, I could not get any information about that projector. I spent more than ₹8500 on that projector but used less. I feel there is no power adaptor and proper manual for installation and maintenance. Please provide me the missing
items/ information in full, projector manufactured company name and address with mail id for future clarifications if any. Please guide me in all respects. If possible please send installation process video and booklets full for my mail id. [protected]@yahoo.com.
