We ordered a non custom made dress because I couldn't find a lace dress in my area I saw restrictions on returns for custom dresses I ordered a stock dress for my wedding. We paid extra for shipping in 3 days and when dress never showed up. I had to look to see the estimated ship date was 2 weeks AFTER my wedding. Now they are refusing to refund my money. Ive filed numerous tickets, you can speak to a person. They refuse to call me. I immediately cancelled the order within 7 days after order was placed. Still trying to recoup my money. Ugh. It's so frustrating. They are offering to refund half of my money. How do you keep half of a refund when you did NOTHING to warrant keeping a dime!!!
