Light In The Box order not delivered

Its my sister's birthday on 4 November and planing to buy a trench coat and i ordered a nice coat from light in the box website . Today it is 12 November, I didn't received my package yet, and now it is not in my my order my order numb was ([protected]). When i called to Gati courier service they said the tracking numb is invalid. My tracking numb is EQ948748225IN. Now whom to contact. No call centre. Fraud ...fraud...fraud...Chinese company.

Light In The Box shoe and two sleeves.

I ordered shoe and two sleeves for the past one month now, have not received it, since then have been scared to oder something else, the tracking number is LX535829145CN and some of my stuffs takes more than the actual days is suppose to take before it appears, and most times i usually get notified by the post office during weekend when am to get a rest with my family. Which is quite forstrating for me as well.

Light In The Box jbl charge 3 speaker

I have ordered a JBL Charge 3 speaker and when I opened it the charger hole was loose... therefore i can not charge it nor use it. I am very upset about this as when I went to the website to ‘return and replace' it was not available in my orders. In addition to this your customer service number is American which is difficult to use as i am based in the Uk. Could you please let me know the procedure to return AND replace my order.

Light In The Box delivery charge vs time

Afternoon,

I attend regular salsa classes and all the ladies say to order your shoes from your site, so I was very excited about my purchase until now.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes ( order number: [protected] ) and paid an additional fee for the faster delivery time. I completely the purchase on the 3rd of November, arranged to be close to home to receive them assuming they would arrive between 7th and 8th however they did not arrive til today 10th November. As far as the delivery man was concerned they could be delivered between Monday and Saturday which from my point of view pays no mind to the fact that I paid for the faster delivery.

Instead of a bad review on the sellers profile I'd rather first see how you'd resolve this issue .

Hi my name is Gordon Eve 24 the maying Whitley wood reading Berkshire RG28US I would like to cancel my order I would like a refund as well as I noticed you took for the item twice I'm not at all happy I would like the refund ASAP please within the next 24hrs or less or I be seeking illegal advice with my banks fraud squad many thanks Mr Gordon Eve I didn't no it would be so expensive but I'm not happy about this at all your company took money for it twice and when I see this I thought it was a scam my bank has been notified about this and if nothing has been done with in 24 hrs meaning funds put back into my account they will proceed with fraud investigations

Light In The Box lies, scam and fraud

I ordered a dress for my military ball and was told I would have it by the day of the ball. I was later told it may not be here by the day of the ball, so I requested to cancel the order. The lady stated she would cancel my order but 2 days later she sent me another message stating she cancelled my cancellation because the dress was going to arrive by November 3rd guaranteed. I have a screen shot of the many times I asked for the order to be cancelled and also have the email of them confirming my dress would be here on time. Today is November 6th (3 days after my ball) and still no dress. I have been writing them with no response. All I want is my refund. This is the first time and the last time I would ever order from light in the box. My ticket ID is [protected]. My order number is [protected]. At this point I just want a full refund. According to the tracking information these items have not left China.

I have the order tracking number above for 2 items, neither of them have been delivered and I have been waiting at home for them. If they say they have delivered it isn't true as I am currently on maternity leave therefore have the time to wait in the house for them but nothing has been delivered.
Please can you help find and chase these items for me as it's for my wedding in January.

Light In The Box delivery of shirt and customer service response

In August I ordered a shirt. In September I contacted Light In a Box to ask where it was. I was told to be patient as deliveries can take 30 days. I contacted them in late October to be told "sorry, deliveries take up to 60 days". Each time since I am fobbed off. I have told them I want my money back or I will contact a solicitor. No reply yet. I am sue they have thousands of successful interactions every week. This doesn't compensate me or my bank account...

Light In The Box 1.5w gu10 led spot light 20 leds smd

I placed two orders; one on the 24th October 2017 and the second order on the 26th October. I have yet not received either of the two orders and it has now been 8 business days for the order placed on the 24th October and 6 business days for the order placed on the 26th October. I would now like a full refund for both orders as soon as possible or I may have to take this matter further.

Light In The Box return delivery cost

Light in the box sent goods that did not match the website description (different colours)

They agreed to refund the goods if I returned them to Poland.
I got the cheapest price I could to send them back and reconfirmed they would reimburse me the return delivery cost before sending.
They agreed.
Having received the goods they now will not reimburse me £87 delivery cost- am shocked that they agreed, in writing and now refusing.

So I am significantly out of pocket despite doing exactly as they said

Light In The Box defective material, and not working condition missing parts

I have order couple of pair light up bottom shoes, stiches were ripped off both shoes, one of the pair's light wasn't working condition, and charger was missing. and worst quality shoes. more than 12 time I contacted then by email they didn't solve the problem and closed my case with no refund, no exchange
my order (no1710151025588546). I paid for express shipping and insurance around 25 dollars and DHL charge me another 33 dollars to receive my order. the insurance including refund or replace with new one but they didn't comply with insurance to, they want me to sent it back to china with my own expenses. For 45 dollars shoes so far I paid 110 dollars and they want me to spent another 40 dollars to send back to china. I never seen this kind of worst online retailer, this is absolutely online fraud

I have ordered 3 items on the 11th of October 2017 and charged for all the lot a day after and been given a ticket number ([protected]) and delivery will be 5-8 working days sadly items not arrived until now and yet I've been charged for the shipments, insurance and tax...their website is useless as it doesn't really help on finding out where my items and been paid for them

Light In The Box wedding dress returned for refund as per instructions from customer service

Order #[protected]. I ordered a wedding dress that was in awful condition. There was a stain and the measurements were completely wrong and the dress looked awful. I sent Pawel, in customer service, detailed photos. She asked me to return the dress and that I would receive a full refund for the dress and a reimbursement for the return shipping cost. The package was received on September 19 and signed for. I STILL haven't received a refund for the dress and a reimbursement for the return shipping cost. This is criminal and fraudulent. I expect my credit card to be refunded asap or I will be bringing legal action through the law firm that I work for. The total amount should be $335.70 for the dress and $153.54 for return shipping, for a total of $489.24.

Where is my order [protected]?
You refer to customer contact by logging in to my orders, but there is no possibility for mail contact, you will not go any further.
Nothing happens when order status is clicked on the red track button.
Nothing happens when you click order number.
During action, see "See details" when you get another tracking number and track button, but it does not matter.
The only thing you see is that payment received, it says the item has been sent, at the same time it says "In stock notifications 0"
I was looking for a product I want and you had it, but only because I ordered you will get 100's of spam mail that I absolutely do not want
Lightinthebox is incredibly unbelievably the worst company I've ever met.

Hi everybody. I order a light 40 +days ago and I never receive. I ask for refund and the company stop contact me. I am very sad as I was waiting so long every time they give me some excuse. I was told that is very unusual for a post to take more then 35 days but unfortunately that is the truth. I send them an email and request refund and didn't get an answer back. Please listen to me and never ever buy from this website

Light In The Box double payment

I ordered a pair of shoes online and I checked my bank account and I saw that the sum was subtracted from my account twice! the payment page showed an error when i pressed 'pay', so i refreshed had to fill the information again and I pressed 'Pay'. I check my account and there has been twice taken from my account the money for an order of ONE PAIR. I simply want my money back and some sort of confirmation email (i got none). This is outrageous.

I bought fusion 5 tab fro amazon. It has poor screen and tab life. screen failed within 3-4 months I was asked to send the tab to hyderabad office for repair. They showed side image of edge after opening and claimed it physical damage. there was no scratch on the screen. The said its not covered in warranty and I need to pay 5600 for screen change I refused so they finally asked me to pay 4000 after holding the tab for 2 weeks with them. I paid they sent the screen changed tab which didnt switch on within a month.

Light In The Box micro sd memory cards

Lightinthebox are suppliers of fake/faulty micro SD memory cards. These have been deliberately hacked/manipulated to show a higher capacity than they contain so the customer is conned. I purchased two 32Gb Class 10 micro SD cards but when tested, they could only hold 7Gb of date. Also their write speed was much slower than the Class 10 standard. It therefore looks as though these are poor quality 8Gb cards which at first glance are 32Gb but are slow, and corrupt all data beyond a 7Gb capacity. Despite being supplied with all the diagnostic reports showing that they have been tinkered with to dupe customers they insist on operating their unfair returns policy. Consequently, I have to pay £6 postage to return their fake items because of their fraudulent activities. Unfortunately, because they are based in China they can continue such practices with impunity.
So, the only remedy is for all potential customers to avoid this supplier. Just google their name to view all the other problems buyers are facing.

Light In The Box disgusting experience

Their delivery simply doesn't work. At all.
It was the worst experience I've had in my life shopping online. It's such a mess, they give nothing, but a headache.
I ordered several small items at the beginning of August. It's now the end of October and there's absolutely no sign of my order.
Thanks to my insistence I finally got a tracking number that was fake. I would be happy to get another one, but unfortunately, they answer once a month. It's a great thing if they answer you.
So this is how it is. No money, no order, no service. A horrible company you should avoid at all costs.

I ordered my package on the 27Th of September, I received an email that said it would be here October 10Th. It is now October 19Th and I have still not received it. I have tried emailing light in the box and have gotten no responses. I paid around 46$ and if it's not here soon I want a refund. I am very upset and want to know why it's so late. This is ridiculous.
