Light In The Box shipment

I ordered my package on 21st aug with standard delivery period of 4-8 days..shipment didnt received and now customer care is informing me to wait for another 10-15 days...hats of to you people...I will be making complaints against you at the district forum and will see whatever actions i can take on my part.. This is not the way u can play fool ur customers..it was meant to be a gift such experiences wont make anyone trust you people...Either deliver my order by today or I will surely look forward against you at my level..my order no is [protected]

Light In The Box white half sleeves shirt order

I have ordered a linen shirt having white color.
The color mentioned at your website was also white.
But u have delivered the product with cream colour.
Kindly exchange the product as I am not satisfied with this color.
Please do the needful as early as possible.

I submitted ticket related to this matter but no any action taken by the company. My ticket number id : [protected]. And there is no any option related to product exchange and return problems. They only provide ticket facility to product not received or custom duty issue only. The company is fraud. They can't provide any after sales services related to customer satisfaction. They ignores the customer problems related to their product.

Light In The Box women's ballroom shoes

I bought a pair of Ballroom shoes online from light in the box website. My size in UK is 6 so I ordered for UK-6 but they are small for me. I was shocked to see that they are not fitting me. Its been 3 days I received the order so I contacted the customer services and they are saying I cant exchange them I ordered from Made to order. Its the first time I ordered online from their website and there was nothing mentioned as mada to order on it. I was just requesting for an exchange but it seems like there is nobody to understand that its my first order and I didnt know that there is no exchange facility. I would never buy anything on their website if it was telling me there is no exchange. I asked for a refund at the end but they replied to me saying I need to go on a website. But when I clicked on the website there is nothing mentionef on it for a refund. I am really dissappointed with the service and I dont know what to do with those shoes.

I have Android Box held up by Lisbon Customs & the order that they email about is NOT LISTED IN MY ORDERS! order No. [protected] Tracking No: LZ591203361CN

I`ve asked why this should be & they`re still processing what should be a simple logic that either their software or staff are crap! When you login through Facebook there`s no record of any orders with this company & the only way to contact them is through My Orders which this above order is currently not listed. This must take the award for craziest & worst service to-date I`m trying to explain to customs who are not the nicest of people that the people Emailing me about my order can`t even put the purchased item in my A/c! Light In The Box for your Non Service YOU ARE TOTAL CRAP!

Light In The Box poor items and shocking customer service. avoid this company!

I ordered 3 dresses from Light In The Box. Not only were all 3 items absolutely nothing like the image shown, badly tailored, poorly printed and terribly ill fitted with uneven hems and threads coming out, the customer service has been absolutely shocking. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life, right down to the layout of the site which ensures customers are delayed from contacting customer service at all, taking me round in circles and wasting my time. After going back and forth with my Order, they finally processed my Return but refused to reimburse the shipping fare despite selling me 3 fraudulent items. I Returned my Orders back in July, they 'Closed' the ticket but I am STILL waiting for my Refund despite paying via a registered Paypal! No Information, no apologies and my money has not been returned. If this is not dealt with soon, I will be reporting Light In The Box for Fraud and will also be contacting Watchdog to warn more customers about this horrific scam company.

Light In The Box homtom cell phone purchase

I received the phone I ordered and it is not functioning with my current service provider. I am entitled to a full refund but I was told I'm expected to cover the return shipping cost that I cant afford. I need help with the cost for shipping being covered since this is a legitimate refund request. No staff has attempted to help me with suggesting another device that would fit my needs. I want my money back. Im extremely disappointed with my experience and the company's response to my dilemma. There is no policy on your website that says lightinthebox.com will not pay shipping cost for return items.

Light In The Box pearl/crystal rhinestone hair comb x 2

I placed an order for two pearl/crystal rhinestone hair combs -
Order No: [protected]
The combs arrived in a small packet and the products were not adequately packaged for the type of delicate product.
Inevitably, both the combs were badly damaged (pearls broken off of the actual combs) and the comb feature was detached from both combs.
This made both combs unusable, these were to be worn for my son's wedding and alternatives had to be sourced from elsewhere.
As requested I followed the returns procedure by the letter and they were returned on the 25th June 2018.
Since this time I have contacted Light in the box many, many, many times to chase up my refund of £ 17.39 but to no avail.
44 Days have now passed, every time I make contact I am told to wait a few more days. It is clearly obvious that this package will now have been received and that clearly there is no intention of refunding my money whatsoever. Their customer services approach is absolutely appalling and disgusting how they treat people and are getting away with it. Action must be taken against this set up.
If you are in any doubt whatsoever DO NOT use this company. I am the owner of a well established business for 37 Years and would not even consider treating any of our clients in this unacceptable way.

Light In The Box ultimate online fraud. take your money and vanish

I made a big mistake of buying an electronic product of around Rs 1000/- from Lightinthebox. They said my product will be delivered in 10-20 days. After 30 days with no delivery, I contacted their customer care by raising a ticket. They said to wait for 40 days and closed the ticket. But after 40 days also the product was not delivered. I raised another ticket in which they mentioned please wait for 90 days as sometimes the package is stuck in ships due to bad weather etc. Since then I have been repeatedly chasing them for refund which they are not doing. Please read this funny response from Lightinthebox customer care "The reason why we can run successfully for more than 10 years is because we care about our customers' bla bla. Unfortunately your package was delayed due to an extremely busy schedule of the courier.So you still have great possibilities to receive it within 90 days, before [2018-09-12]. If you do not receive it by that day, please open a new ticket to us and we'll file a case with post office to check."

They have no intension to deliver the product or refund the money. Absolute fraud company based out of Beijing, China. It is also listed in NYSE. Previous CEO Quji(Alan) Guo since 2016. Presently Mr. Zhi Yan, Co-Chairman and CEO of Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd.(formerly known as Zall Group Ltd.)("Zall"), has been elected as Chairman of the Board for LITB. What a dirty little company with sneaky guys as CEO. All in all please avoid purchasing from LITB. They will simply walk away with your money like polished thieves.

When placing the order I have paid for the tracking delivery service. You have not provided this service and have shipped the items via a non tracking service. I have since requested a refund for the delivery charge as you are not providing the service I have paid for (see Ticket ID:[protected]). I have provided the screenshot and sent this to the email address as requested and you have ignored this and closed the ticket. The ticket is not closed and i am appalled at the service you are providing. You are required to refund the delivery charge as you have chosen not to ship the item via the service I have paid for without my consent. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Light In The Box refund not given after item was not even in stock but payment was taken

I ordered an emerald green prom dress on the 12th of july 2018, the payment of 100 pounds was taken from my credit card immediately, 7 days later I received an email stating that the dress was out of stock! Incredible that a payment could be taken based on lies when there never was a dress available in the first place.
I have since sent several messages and have not even received a one reply! I just want my money back, my order number is [protected]... My ticket id is [protected]. I had to buy a new dress for this special occasion and have lost complete faith in online shopping out with the uk

Light In The Box complaint against bad quality product received and misguidance and fraud behaviour of customer service supervisor alexandru

Dear Sir/madam,
I had purchased a shower from Lightinthebox.com on dated 16 November 2017 for my new house which was under construction at thst time..after getting package i noticed that the product is not as it is described in the website. I raised complaint ticket to their customer service department regarding that, and after many discussions they have only refunded me 30 percent amount of my total amount spent. Now my construction work is over and i put the shiwer into place in my new bathroom, but suddenly i realised that it is not even working, water is getting out very slowly and in very small amount..
Now i again resigter complaint to their customer service representative..and the case goes to some Mr. Alexandru named representative...he is totslly making fool of me..first they have further offered me 15 percent discount then suddenly this Alexandru comes to front snd started agruging with me..he have no solution for me..
I want this person Mr. Alexandru out of this company because due to representatives like these companies loose their reputation..
And please i want my money back..I have spent huge amount to fulfill my dreams but this representative Alexandru put all water on them. I again humbly request you to please do something hard to let them know so that they cannot cheat aby customer in future.

Light In The Box refund not received after 1 month.

[protected] was my order number which I placed on June 05, 2018, the estimated shipping date was 7th June of 2018 but it wasnt shipped on the due date. So, I cancelled the order and claimed for the refund on June 11, 2018 12:15 AM and still now I didnt get the refund. After I asked them they said "We have processed the refund: paytm_wallet 20180606111212800110168147527362784 INR -487.00 [protected]:53:33.0", but the service provider is saying that the payment has failed. So what should I do now?
Please help me out.

Light In The Box deceptive info. on website regarding shipping time and origin

Do not ever order from these scam artists. When I ordered the item it said expected delivery was "3-5 business days". After they get your money, then you find out expected delivery is 30 days and it has to be 2 months before they will try to trace it for you because it's coming from china! When you try to check with them, they tell you to check with the post office, except they don't give you any usps tracking number, so there's no way the post office is going to trace it for you. There is no phone number to call to speak with a human being; all you can do is submit a "ticket" and then get some bs response. If you try to check with the foreign shipper, they will charge you to trace the package. There are numerous other complaints on this site about this place which I wish I would have read first. I guess i'm one of the fortunate ones because I did eventually receive the merchandise, and it looks like others did not.

Light In The Box online purchase that hasn’t arrived

I planed an order to these, order number [protected] for two watches that said dispatch in the EU 3-5 days. This was 8th June. Despite ninberous emails asking for advice as they have not arrived I had a £2 resound. I was told to be patient and 4 weeks later my last ticket request I was told there is nothing they can do and closed the case

I've not had any refund for the items.

They will not come back to any communication at all

I've now had to report this to my credit card provider

Light In The Box so many products I can't put them down here

I ordered one item from LightInTheBox I received it in a timely manner and it was good quality. So then they sent me an email so they would give me a $58 credit if I leave downloaded their app. Still have never seen the $58 credit I contacted them they said they don't deal with that I need to contact a different part The Light in the Box. However they make it to where you can't contact them. Before I knew all this issues I ordered several products spending a total of three or four hundred dollars. Some items were weren't even the right items that I ordered. The Drone that I ordered for my son arrived 2 weeks late and with no battery to operate it by the way it was supposed to have a battery and USB cord in it. There are many other items and I have asked them to refund them saying they are not accurate descriptions of what was on their website. They want pictures and more information and still will not tell me how to return my items for a credit.

Light In The Box return policy

I certainly wish I had read these complaints before I ordered from Light in the Box but I will NEVER order from them again. I wear either a 6 or 6 1/2 shoe, so I ordered three pairs, one was not available in the larger size, it was out of stock, so I took a chance on the size 6. It was exceptionally small when it arrived and cannot be worn. A flapper dress which I ordered in an Xlg (I normally take a 12 or 14) would not fit around me. By coincidence I had previously ordered the same dress from Amazon which had arrived the next day and I was able to return it without any problem. After hours of difficulty on Light in the Box website I was told in response to the application for a return number these items were custom made and could not be returned. They were not custom made. If the shoes were custom made why could I not order them in the size I wanted. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of shoes and a flapper dress(made in mass quantities) that I cannot use. Other friends have now told me they wish they had known I was ordering and would have warned me about this site and returns are impossible. The company is very difficult to communicate with, no phone, no chat box and no email address.

I don't recommend to shop from this website at all!
Please look at my screenshots.

I bought an item for my infant when she born (Now she is 2+ months)
1- After first followup they said wait for 20 days.
2- After second followup they asked me to wait 2 months.
3- Today, I asked them for refund and they said wait for 3 months.

Light In The Box where is my order?

I chose to buy a wig from Light in the box in dire circumstances (chemotherapy). I paid for Expedited Express which according to their Shipping FAQ should be done via - DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT
However, the vendor chose to ship my parcel via normal Post! I still waited patiently, but 2 weeks hence there is no trace of my order. I have banged my head against customer service and also escalated it to a supervisor. Only to receive a brilliant reply asking me to check the courier tracking website and a shipping amount refund, wait for it, a rewards voucher to again buy from their website! Not my money back, so to speak.
The package has left the origin country but not yet reached my country (I have checked with our postal dept as well) There is no update on the tracking website after 16th June.
The customer service are just not prepared to reply further! Isnt it their responsibility, given the idiotic dispatch via normal post despite paying for premium?
