Light In The Box / product not delivered after 3 weeks, despite it says 3 - 4 business days delivery

I purchased a dress from the website on 25 Sep and according to the expected delivery time, it should be 3-4 business day, but I waited for more than 3 weeks and still haven't received my item. I tried to contact the customer service, but never got any useful information from the customer service by email. The phone number Customer Service website is also not working. This is really the worst ever online purchase I've ever experienced. Do not buy from this website people as it will only make you furious.
