Light In The Box product not delivered after 3 weeks, despite it says 3 - 4 business days delivery

I purchased a dress from the website on 25 Sep and according to the expected delivery time, it should be 3-4 business day, but I waited for more than 3 weeks and still haven't received my item. I tried to contact the customer service, but never got any useful information from the customer service by email. The phone number Customer Service website is also not working. This is really the worst ever online purchase I've ever experienced. Do not buy from this website people as it will only make you furious.

Light In The Box product not delivered even after three weeks and no customer care support

Hi,

I had placed an order approximately 3 weeks back. And it has not arrived yet. The shipping intermediaries have been changed thrice by the company in this duration. Again, the 'Tickets' section provided by the website is hardly responded to by the company. There is no effective customer care service. Now, neither do I have my shipment nor do I have my refund. This is an utterly disgraceful deficiency in service. The amount is quite a lot almost two grand. If the company does not provide a recourse to this, I will definitely initiate a suit them for this breach of sale of goods contract. They have to specifically perform and if not they not only have to refund me but also pay me damages for causing me so much inconvenience and hassle.

Though I have absolutely zero expectations but here goes my order number

I have already played for my order n when I checked for my shipments it's telling me to complete the payment wt nonsense is this the day I had payed I have even got the payment message with the increase of the prize I can't keep paying more and I am not going to pay more because there was a discount on the day I played so that clearly means I don't have to pay again if the price increases better make an action before I complain that this site is a fraud

I have placed an order Ticket number [protected] before 14th September, till date i haven't received my order.

This was the first time i ordered from your website and was planning to order wedding bouquet as well, but sadly to say because of my first bad experience i don't think i will order again nor recommend your website.

Light In The Box fraudulent use of my credit card

Dear Customer service team,
My credit card company informed me that there has been fraud on my credit card account. On 24th September 3 transactions were made to you for £101.23 at 11:23pm, £43.79 at 11:30pm and £60:85 at 11:52pm. My name is Miss Charmaine D'Souza and whoever phished for my credit card details would have received the items by now. The credit card details end with 8331.(Visa credit).

If you can please track these transactions down, they have already been reported by my credit card Nationwide banking as Fraud.

I have given order for 4-5 products in app it is showing that my products are shipped on 5-oct 2017 but till now I had not received them on my address and no call is there for it. When I try to track my order by given tracking number provided on the gati app from the mail I get then it shows that the docket number is not available. I've been waiting for two tops and Australia post said that they left them at the mall box on Wednesday the 4th October and they're not there
Also
I ordered 2XL from your site because your sizes are very small and you have on your website for two tops paid for and I relied it's got XL not 2XL please let me know what is happening and there are 2XL not just XL
I have never had any problems with ordering off websites before so please fix this asap

Light In The Box bridesmaid dress knee-length chiffon vintage inspired - a-line jewel with sash / ribbonby weishang #[protected]

In the 30th of august a placed an order for a this dress. The payment was processed and taken out of my bank account. I did not receive an receipt or a payment confirmation. So I waited. A couple of days later I got a reminder email that I hadn't paid for an item in my check out.
But again. It has been taken out of my account. I can provide a bank statement. All I want is the order to be confirmed and sent out

Light In The Box refund not received

The Order number is [protected].

On 15th of July 2017, I ordered Three black colored sofa covers I paid €92.48 including shipping charge, insurance, duty and tax insurance. Then on 21st July I received the order which was completely wrong and paid €33.22 towards the custom charge to the DHL.

The order that I received had three different sofas covers, 1. Blue, 2. Purple and 3. Dark Blue. I also emailed about this to the customer service team. I was asked to send photos of the sofa cover to the customer service team. Which I did.

On 24th July 2017, I notified Customer service team that I do not want the replacement of the item, therefore, refund 100% back to my account. On the next day 25th July 2017 I shipped the Slipcover back to the shipper via post office which cost me another €52.

On 1st August 2017, I received an email stating that the sofa covers have been received and soon the refund process will begin.

On 6th of August 2017 I received an email stating that sofa covers are being shipped to you, I don’t know why(another mistake from seller). two weeks before on 24th July I clearly stated that I did not want the replacement of the product. I emailed again, about this and one of the member of the customer service team, replied and instructed to reject the delivery so it would go back to DHL and then back to the seller.

Now I had to wait for another few weeks for it to go back. I didn’t get any response from customer service team for a while therefore I contacted them again on 28th of August 2017 and sent an email about reminder for processing the refund of €177.70.

On 29th August I received an email stating that they have not received the package yet.

Today is 3rd October 2017 and still I have not received the refund, I phoned DHL to enquire whether the package has been sent back or not, according to DHL, shipper was contacted on Thursday, August 31st 2017 and the shipper has instructed them to dispose the package.

I am very disappointed with the service and the amount of time it is taking for processing the refund. It has been the worst experience of online shopping.

LightinTheBox customer team are misleading and fraud.

Light In The Box do not buy from them

Never buy from them, not sure I can recommend them to you as a reliable place for ordering clothing.
I got a dress in the wrong size, it was too big for me, I have no female friend who would wear the same size. I am absolutely sure I place the right order and chose the right size, I don't know what happened but I got a garbage. I want to return it now and get my refund, but unfortunately, I have no idea how to reach them, they don't answer. Please, contact me.

Light In The Box lightinthebox/dress

I ordered a dress that was suppose to be a formal dress for the Marine Corp ball but received something that was not like the picture at all. The dress is completely see through and the color is so off from the picture. I asked litb for a refund and they are refusing to refund me my money even though it stated online you can return items for a full refund within 30 days;I contacted them the same day the dress arrived. They have already my issue as "resolved". Lightinthebox is the worst company and they need to be shut down. They do not handle business the correct way at all.

Light In The Box about the tracking option which I never chose

I have ordered a lot of items from this site with order no [protected] and i did not chose the option of tracking only to receive a text on my phone from DHL asking me to pay for delivery of my items when I have already paid for shipping charges.please cancel the tracking option as I do not wish to pay extra charges .I need this problem to be resolved so as to avoid non delivery of my items by DHL.Thank you

Light In The Box watch

I ordered a watch from this company on August 21 and paid in full. The order form said product would be delivered in 7-10 business days. It is now Sept. 29 and I have never received the watch.

I have contacted this company numerous times and when I open a "Ticket", the company closes it and marks it as "Resolved" the next day.

This company is a complete fraud and I am shocked they are allowed to do business in the U.S.

There are numerous complaints with this company and I'm not sure why they have not been prosecuted.

Light In The Box security cameras (dummy cameras)

I ordered 2 security cameras in July 2017 from a company called Light in the Box.The items were delivered to the Irish mail service (called An Post), then to Customs and back to An Post. An Post have verbally informed me that they lost my parcel. They told me to contact Light in the box for a refund or a replacement. I also took had insurance with light in the box in the event that my parcel didn't reach me. Light in the box keep fobbing me off with their own rubbish - emails that don’t make sense, incorrect information on the emails.

This has to be the worst company ive ever order from. Their service is awful they are not helpful at all they are liars and want take ur money only. Please dont deal with them at all. Ive order my kids sneakers for school the beginning of the month its alrwady the 24th and still nothing. I countinued to cotact them and they did not resolve anything as they said. I paid for expressed shipping only to have my orders shipped a wk later. They also tried giving me a reward the was not accurate or giving to me... I ask about recieving a refund on my express shipping no response.. They also commented that if my item is not recieve by the 22nd to contact them but the date the sent out that comment was the 24th does that make any since i will never order with this company again and i would advise everyone to stay away from this company

Light In The Box xiaomi mi band 2

I ordered 3 Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and paid for duties insurance. I was charged $30 duty fee and contacted Lightinthebox about it. They returned $10 to my credit card and added 20 in my credit (I dont know why!). I asked them to refund $20 dollars to my credit card and they said they did. I did not receive that amount in my account and opened a ticket with them. Now I am in a loop with them where they keep replying back to me with the same message since 2 weeks.

I ordered and paid for a new notebook over a week ago, on a shipped in 24 hours basis.

I have tracked my order, and it has not been shipped yet.

Either you contact me urgently, and advise what is happening, or I will go to social media and tell all concerned. And I will contact the legal team to discuss action

The fact that you make it almost impossible to contact you, leads me to believe that you are a very untrustworthy company.

Tracking number isLX437747361CN : 2x bouquet reallity fern leaf artificial . I hav tried constantly to inform light in the box company about the above named item... I have not yet received this item. Please do not ignore this complaint or you will leave me no alternative to contact ombudsman
Just to say this item was purchased at the beginning of the second week of August, and was due to be delivered at the end of the third week in August.
Light in the box declared that bulk orders would probably be sent in single items to enable the orders to be delivered more quickly than that of a bulk order.
