Light In The Box figure skating dress no record of this order like it never existed no refund

Absolute scam I bought an dress online and when it arrived at Royal mail they wanted 3 x the cost of the dress in customs so I was advised by Light in the box that let it be returned and when it arrives back in China they will refund the card, so I did and was told to wait another 6 weeks for refund I did and was able to track the parcel returning back to origin and then the order disappeared off their system like it didnt exist even though its on my credit card statement I am furious have being trying to do this weeks they keep saying I didnt buy anything on the 12Nov18 but I have proof which I have sent them and they are ignoring me.

Light In The Box product not received after promising refund; asking for my paypal info for refund

This is a fraudulent company and I have never been so incredibly frustrated with a company in my life.

I ordered 2 sets of flower girl dresses for each of my nieces (2 sizes for each since they're in between sizes). I paid for the 3-5 rushed shipping. 60 days later, I still didn't have the dresses. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give full refunds. I only got 2 of the dresses, although I paid for 4. I got the 2 after telling them and getting confirmation that I wanted to refund them all. They don't have a call center and don't take calls so you can't get a hold of anyone.

When they occasionally reply via facebook message, it's not helpful. They have told me they need to access my paypal account in order to give me a refund which absolute isn't true nor would I do this after 6 months of them lying to me.

I'm pretty sure they have bots that give them higher overall ratings on facebook and review sites since if you actually see posts on those pages, consumers are livid.

Never do business with this company. They now spam me with their junk promotions after scamming me.

Light In The Box men’s combat shoes

Hello. This company has a real good scam going on. I purchased a pair of boots for $90 and I know I ordered the right size shoe. However they are way smaller and I couldn't even fit my foot into it. I advised light in the box and they asked me to return it for a refund. However it will cost me $49 just to return it on the cheapest device from Australia Post. That's over 50% of what I paid! The only other option they had available was to keep the shoes and get a 50% refund. What a rip. The product isn't what I ordered and I'm at a loss with shoes I can't ever wear. Never again!

Light In The Box delivery not on time

ordered the items on expedited shipping on 12dec if you factored in weekends should have arrived by 24dec but it arrived on 3jan instead. wow so all that money paid but nvr got my goods and in the end I had to hunt around in retail shops to get those items. and yet no returns. will never purchase from them ever and those who contemplate it should think three times. worst online company ever. no ethics and irresponsible

Light In The Box purchase not received

I made a purchase which did not arrive in time and cancelled. I raised fora refund which has not been received for months now. Each time I am emailed to check my refund processing account and nothing is ever there. This us the worst overseas company I have dealt with. The refund process does not work as you cannot access to withdraw as it instructs. It may not be a large amount of refunding on principle will pursue

Light In The Box fastway couriers lack of delivery!

Please see a copy of my email I sent you this afternoon. After paying for express delivery, I shouldn't have to go to pick up myself, if I want it tomorrow! (I waited here all day for it!) I was told no delivery tomorrow, and monday would be earliest! When I said I paid for express delivery, I was told they don't do express? Am really upset & disappointed in all this!

Light In The Box worst customer service

I never received my order and it should have arrived by December 1st. I am having a hard time getting a refund. Their Customer Service Supervisor Selina keeps asking me to wait, and lies about the status of the order. My event is January 5th and I had to purchase another dress. Below is communications between us. Light in the Box has the worse Customer Service and makes it so stressful to get a refund of your money.

I told them I do not need the order and to cancel it, why can't they issue my refund as the package never arrived.

We apologize for the delay .

Your parcel is still pending processing at the Post Office Sorting center. The Canadian post strike ended, but their delivery has yet to return to normal levels, and Christmas and New Year are the busiest seasons of the year for foreign post offices, and there will be a burst of positions in the area. Pls wait patiently for another 2 days, and logistics information will be updated later.

If you really don't need this order any more, please refuse the package, then contact us. At that point, we will be able to arrange full refund for you.
We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

I did not know this purchase was coming from the Netherlands and I still have not received it. I have traced it and it has not even reached the US Mail service yet.
It was a Christmas present for my great grand daughter and I had to purchase her a pair local, so if the boots ever get here she will have two pair I guess!
I would like a full refund, I am 86 years old and live on a very limited income and really could not afford buying two pair of boots!

Light In The Box evening dresses

A lot of mis-information with this company...I ordered a few evening dresses, at the beginning of December with expedited shipping. I did not find out until days later (passed the 24 refund period) that the order was not shipping until 12/30. I expressed to Light in The Box that this was too late and that if they had told me, at the time of ordering I would not have completed the order. I asked for a refund, but, was advised that they were sticking to the 50% policy. I was so upset at losing ALL this money for something that I had no control over. I them agreed to cancel the order and woke up this morning to see the order has SHIPPED! I think I deserve a full refund after this

Light In The Box bad products

I ordered 3 wigs from them.1 was the wrong wig, the other wig didnt fit, the other was okay.i filed a dispute with paypal they told me to return it to the nevada location.their employee signed for it and wrote a partial address but wouldnt acknowledge receipt of the item.lightinthebox ignored paypal dispute and never replied to it.the postal carrier forgot to change his zipcode for the scanner so when you track it; it looks like it was delivered to the wrong zip code.the postal service sent a letter acknowledging their mistake and that it was delivered to the right place.paypal denied my claim because they say they only use online tracking.i have put a complaint on consumer affairs and filed a complaint with the ftc. Lets file a class action lawsuit against lightinthebox.they are trying to pretend like they can't understand my consumer affairs complaint.i have provided pictures and proof that they have the merchandise back but they still refuse to refund me.the company is a scam.they sell bad products and refuse to take it back and ignore paypal claims.

I ordered a dress on Nov 29 and the payment was taken out of my account and now they are telling me I have no account with they and I have not received the dress. I can not get in touch with them I have tried costumer servies can not get though to them. I do believe that they scam people. They need to at least give a number to let people contact them.

Light In The Box delivery taxes

I paid the insurance on my 127€ delivery to not encounter more charges. Then when my package arrived I had to pay a further 40€. The insurance assured me I would be refunded this money (I have photos to prove all) when I emailed the first time they offered me 50% back, I have continued with a further 28 tickets and now they are saying I didn't gave the insurance they are not paying me a penny and closed everything down. I am furious, not to mention one item is faulty but I have read online people send back there item and get nothing in return. This has to be stopped I feel scammed.

I have the same problem.
They informed me, they have the item in a smaller size in Poland, so I have sent my order back (discussion took place almost 3 weeks)
Smaller size wasnt in the stock as they have claimed and they require another shipping cost so I can have the item delivered from China.
No communication other than tickets, no number provided.
No refund money sent back, no answers for many other questions provided either.
Now I am requiring bigger size back and communication got cut marked as resolved...hahahah
Any idea, what I can do?

Light In The Box refund

I ordered items from this company and before the items were shipped I had to cancel. I had confirmation from them that my refund would be returned and now a month later no refund and I am unable to pull up my information on the website like it never existed. I am very unhappy with this company. Definitely a SCAM! Save yourself the trouble and in my case $$72 and DO NOT ORDER FOM THEM!

Light In The Box return

8 months ago I rejected 4-5 packages because one of the outfits I got didn't fit and the rest I knew would not fit. So I turned them away at the door. For the last 8 months I have been chasing up the refund and all they keep saying is they haven't recieved it yet and it's quite a lot of money to me that they owe and there is no way it takes over 8months for dhl to give it back and it's really upsetting me because I am not getting the help I need. They keep saying something about a return of exchange ticket but I can't find it anywhere.

I purchased shoes for my son, the company shows no record of the transaction, gives no phone number to resolve the issue but shows that you have received payment in PayPal. Buyer beware do not order from this company, they are clearly a very well designed scam! The company gives no way of contacting them at all if your order for what ever reason does not show up.

However till date I have not received my chandler.this is the second time I have complained to you, last in June 2018. Tracking no [protected]. Before gati to send it to me, light in the box has contacted them and asked them not to send me the parcel. Also gati has given us a I'd of return to sender [protected]
However, your system said gati logistics returned the parcel. Gati has confirmed to me that you, the sender asked for it back. Gati logistics is a reputed company in India.
Kindly let me know what is happening. This is extremely unprofessional.

Light In The Box make money on ordering a dress for the paypal account

I ordered a dress on your website, and you promised that the dress would arrive in Israel within four days. The dress arrived after a month waiting for customs. Here I will note that I ordered the dress especially for my sister's wedding, of course I bought a different dress unfortunately and I was very disappointed. in the radar they asked me by phone at customs if I wanted to pay for the dress to be sent. Of course I refused because I no longer needed the dress. I will ask for a full refund of the NIS 400 dress.
