Never buy from lightinthebox.com!!! Buyer beware!! There is no support at all, if product is defective, such as my case with an android cubot mobile phone you will not have any answer from them, you write several times to "customer support" and no answers and no refunds even for a defective product
This company is a big scam, they say you to contact their customer support but they never answer!!!

    are you kidding on us James from Light in the box?? Wrote several times to your "Customer Support" and no answer at all!!! What kind of service does your company offer?? Buyer beware!! NO warranty, NO support, defective products and of course NO refund!! You will loose your money if anything goes wrong with Light In the Box!
