Light-In-The-Boxmissing shipment

I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. They don't give you a customer phone number, their e-mails are automatically generated and marked "non-reply" and on their web site where it tells you how to contact customer service, just has you going in circles.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Billerica, MA On the web site they said the problem was resolved, but wasn't. On one pagethey claimed the order I placed on Dec 13th was shipped on Dec 3rd. WHAT ????
They shipped it 10 days before I ordered it ? I have been trying desperately to contact them about my order. All to no avail.
