Light In The Box nails product

My money was to approve and I paid for delivery date too, but until now I don't have my Oder coming . So very bad service. Be aware buyer when you use this website for buy online . They send an email to me to confirm my Oder but when I click status Oder they said : an empty Oder, I follow construction nothing to show on the date or any information about my Oder . I was disappointed that company LightInTheBox.

Light In The Box fishing lures, snap & etc

I have ordered fishing accessories from this site light in the box and by mistake I ordered a wrong item in it, so cancelled the whole ordered to remove the single item caus there was on other option.. And I waited for the refund for next few hours, but I didn't got the refund back... The next day I opened this site to see the ordered is cancelled or not but the surprise was, there was no order tracking details in my ordered list I sign out to refresh it... Checked my bank a/c but the refund was not there so tried to login and contact with customer care services but while login it was showing that my password is incorrect... Then I went all through the process and got new password from this site when entered still said your password or email id is in correct I did many time with new password but still cant login... Looks like this is fraud site... Can anyone help me to recover my 2150rs?

Light In The Box never received items

I purchased some ombré hair back Nov 24th. I received a email saying I received it and to confirm it. I didn't get it. I chkd my app and it didn't even show in order just in my history. I have proof thru paypal and my acct tht it was taken out. I have tried every which way to contact to let someone knw and nothing. I'm getting very upset.If this can't b resolved I want my money back. My mom had this issue before thought it was resolved because I received my last order wit no problems at all.

The exact same thing happened to me. The DPD slip was left while we were not here and it has been 10 days and I cannot get a hold of DPD or Light in the Box to tell me where my package is. Says it was delivered to "Jaeger" but I have no idea where or what that is. No address, no phone number to call to track down the package. I've called and gone to four DPD delivery places and no one has the package or can tell me where it is. It's ridiculous! I have gotten no reply from DPD or LITB about my "Ticket" and can't reach a phone number! Aggravatiing! I shouldn't have to go on a scavenger hunt or figure out clues where my package is!

I bought 2 watches since November 24th they said I supposed to receive them in 3 days, until now I never receive nothing and they give me a track number, I can't even can track them. Let me know what I have to do or if you can send me my product just send my money back, I will appreciate that.

Light In The Box goods not delivered, not able to contact light in the box

Dear Light in the box.

I have ordered 28x MP4 players last Sunday 3 December 2017 and paid for the quickest delivery within 3-4 business days. I have still not received those items and status on progress was not updated on my android. I need to receive those items TODAY because they are for presents for 28 kids!.

My name is Elizabeth Massaquoi I ordered & paidgoods for my wedding last year December, your company messed up my wedding as they did not deliver the goods. I submited tickects/ queries for my money refund but up till now I havd not received it, and now I cant access it again.
I give you till this Friday 8th December to pay my total of £99.92 back into my bank account, if not I will make a legal claim and action against your company for breach of contract etc
I will also like to have you complaints procedure and alternative dispution resolution scheme please.

Light In The Box [protected]`

Hi there.

I have made an order, order number [protected], I have paid through paypal, and I have been patiently awaiting delivery. However on my account on LITB, is says I have not made an order, so there is no way for me to track, or to even to complain or raise a ticket, as on my page there is not open orders. I have been sent emails from yourself saying confirmation of order, I've received and email from paypal saying the money has been taken, and I have then received an email again from yourselves saying fulfilment has started. I still have no way to track my package however. All I want to do is check the status of my package and see an estimate of delivery time. This is proving impossible as LITB says I have no order with them, despite having an order number and confirmed emails. Please can someone help.

Light In The Box 2 makeup sets.

Upon receipt of my order in undamaged packaging. The both of the makeup sets that I had purchased were damaged. The eyeshadows were broken and had gone to powder all over the sets. I tried to make a complaint but as I don't have access to a computer only an iPhone. I am unable to submit jpeg photos, so the complaint will not send without them. Iam very disappointed as they were Christmas presents and it seems I'm not going to be able to get a refund.

Light In The Box order for mi4a phone not cancelled as requested

As per the return policy of LightInTheBox i placed a request for cancellation of a Mi4A phone; the reason for cancellation being, it took more than 48 hours for shipping whereas the site listed that the phone will be shipped in 24hours.
However, in spite of honoring my cancellation request, the LightInTheBox team sat over my request for 2 more days and after that they shipped the phone.
Now i dont need the phone any longer, and i raised several tickets with LightInTheBox to convey the same, but they haven't responded to a single one.
I still need to cancel this order as I do not need the phone any more, please advise what can be done.

Light In The Box website not functioning properly

I have been trying to raise a complaint through the normal channels, but I cannot submit my complain because the web site tells me that my email address is unconfirmed. I have tried to confirm the email address using the button on screen which purports to send a confirmation email, but no email is being received. I am therefor unable to submit my query through the normal forms.

I ordered for my son's birthday..my package not yet received still it almost a month was gone now saying again wait for 15 days..it's kids dress will it be useful after Tey grow..Tey are cheating us..Tey are telling they shipped after days gone it is not found..i have raised the ticket Tey didn't rply for me..Tey itself changed as resolved..I m much disappointed.

I have waited a long time for this package and not received anything. I am unable to track this package. All it states is it has left china and being sent to UK Heathrow airport. Can you tell me where it is. Because this present was for my son's birthday yesterday. I've now had to go and purchase him something else. I expect you'll be either telling me it's on the way or it has been lost in transit. Either way I am requesting a refund for my item.
Really not happy.

Light In The Box refund policy

I purchased shoes from the above company and the product I received was slightly small and not suitable for the outfit I required them for. Prior to purchasing I read the returns policy which states " In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products FREE and EASY!"
In addition before proceeding to the checkout it states under the product 14 day FREE returns. (Please see attached photo).
When I lodged a ticket with them to return the product they advised that I am liable for shipping costs. I went to the post office and they quoted that it will cost around $30 to ship internationally.
I would like to make a complaint in regards to the false claims this company makes about their refund policy.

Light In The Box package not received, refused to give refund

I ordered 4 x GoPro harnesses (order #[protected]) on 14 October but I never received my package. The package should have arrived in 4-7 days but it has now been over a month now. After the first complaint, they said it could take up to 30 days. After the 30 days, they said it could take up to 40 days.

They are refusing to issue a refund. This company is a joke. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Kindly check the attachments attached for product delivery or else return the amount you [censor]
How can you remove a product status without its delivery

Light In The Box drone xk x500

I ordered a drone from light in the box. It arrived but with the wrong transmitter. They supplied a xk x6 transmitter which is for a helicopter. The one i need is xk x8 transmitter. I know this because i have another one bought from fasttrack and it works with their transmitter. I have tried to email customer service but tgey provide no eay to contact only for a return. I dont want to return the drone, i want the right transmitter sent which is their fault. According to Lightinthe box they go through a very thorough check list but Fasttch got it right. They said 3 working days to answer well thats been and gone. I will try paypal next. I wont be paying to return something sent wrong and really why make it so hard to explain oneself. They do not wven email you instead you have to kerp checking on their site. I will never deal with this company again! Tim Moore Australia. 10 years buying on Ebay and over 2000 different companies, be proud Lightinthe box for making it so hard for your customers

Light In The Box damaged item, poor packaging

I must take exception with the concept that this hat is 'crushable'. Yes, it's crushable (what hat isn't unless it's a metal military helmet) but in order for it's crushability to be of any use to anyone it would need to restore itself to it's proper shape. However, this hat is crushed beyond repair and looks like it has been run over by a car. It is unwearable. But then it is going to arrive crushed beyond anything reasonable when it is despatched in a plastic bag without a box! How is the hat supposed to retain its shape shipped like that? The hat is beyond disappointing, it's a joke and I want a full refund for the hat and the postage associated with this part of the split order. Please.

Light In The Box never received my refund (nor my actual item)

I ordered a wallet back in early Sept., the shipping date stated that it would be 5-8 business days. Come a few weeks later I find myself contacting the cust. service only for them to tell me it'd take longer due to transportation. I thought okay...Come a month later, still no item. Cust. service tells me to contact the postal service...turns out it was delivered to the wrong address! Went back and fourth will their cust. service for days...ridiculous. Finally a few weeks later they decide to offer a refund (that now was near a month ago). Last time I talked to their cust. service (11/03) they said it could take a few more days. Smh. I would never order from this travesty of a site again. You're better off using eBay or Amazon...at least you'll actually get the item you ordered.

Light In The Box pre order inquiry

I am interested in some of you ready made garments such as Jacket, cardigan etc,
When I check the size chart, I do not fit in sizes shown in the chart, I am 5' 6" in height Indian, my shoulder width is 18" 47cms, and sleeve length is 21" 54cms, on checking with your size chart I find I do not fit in the reference chart.
When ever I buy garments online from international sellers I give my collar size which is 41cms, I get garment delivered without any mismatch.
Please advice.
