Light In The Box bad products

I ordered 3 wigs from them.1 was the wrong wig, the other wig didnt fit, the other was okay.i filed a dispute with paypal they told me to return it to the nevada location.their employee signed for it and wrote a partial address but wouldnt acknowledge receipt of the item.lightinthebox ignored paypal dispute and never replied to it.the postal carrier forgot to change his zipcode for the scanner so when you track it; it looks like it was delivered to the wrong zip code.the postal service sent a letter acknowledging their mistake and that it was delivered to the right place.paypal denied my claim because they say they only use online tracking.i have put a complaint on consumer affairs and filed a complaint with the ftc. Lets file a class action lawsuit against lightinthebox.they are trying to pretend like they can't understand my consumer affairs complaint.i have provided pictures and proof that they have the merchandise back but they still refuse to refund me.the company is a scam.they sell bad products and refuse to take it back and ignore paypal claims.

Light In The Box order not received

I ordered a dress on Nov 29 and the payment was taken out of my account and now they are telling me I have no account with they and I have not received the dress. I can not get in touch with them I have tried costumer servies can not get though to them. I do believe that they scam people. They need to at least give a number to let people contact them.

Light In The Box delivery taxes

I paid the insurance on my 127€ delivery to not encounter more charges. Then when my package arrived I had to pay a further 40€. The insurance assured me I would be refunded this money (I have photos to prove all) when I emailed the first time they offered me 50% back, I have continued with a further 28 tickets and now they are saying I didn't gave the insurance they are not paying me a penny and closed everything down. I am furious, not to mention one item is faulty but I have read online people send back there item and get nothing in return. This has to be stopped I feel scammed.

I have the same problem.
They informed me, they have the item in a smaller size in Poland, so I have sent my order back (discussion took place almost 3 weeks)
Smaller size wasnt in the stock as they have claimed and they require another shipping cost so I can have the item delivered from China.
No communication other than tickets, no number provided.
No refund money sent back, no answers for many other questions provided either.
Now I am requiring bigger size back and communication got cut marked as resolved...hahahah
Any idea, what I can do?

Light In The Box refund

I ordered items from this company and before the items were shipped I had to cancel. I had confirmation from them that my refund would be returned and now a month later no refund and I am unable to pull up my information on the website like it never existed. I am very unhappy with this company. Definitely a SCAM! Save yourself the trouble and in my case $$72 and DO NOT ORDER FOM THEM!

Light In The Box return

8 months ago I rejected 4-5 packages because one of the outfits I got didn't fit and the rest I knew would not fit. So I turned them away at the door. For the last 8 months I have been chasing up the refund and all they keep saying is they haven't recieved it yet and it's quite a lot of money to me that they owe and there is no way it takes over 8months for dhl to give it back and it's really upsetting me because I am not getting the help I need. They keep saying something about a return of exchange ticket but I can't find it anywhere.

Light In The Box product not received

I purchased shoes for my son, the company shows no record of the transaction, gives no phone number to resolve the issue but shows that you have received payment in PayPal. Buyer beware do not order from this company, they are clearly a very well designed scam! The company gives no way of contacting them at all if your order for what ever reason does not show up.

Iorder no [protected], we ordered a chandelier and paid 79 USD for shipping and charges for chandelier.
However till date I have not received my chandler.this is the second time I have complained to you, last in June 2018. Tracking no [protected]. Before gati to send it to me, light in the box has contacted them and asked them not to send me the parcel. Also gati has given us a I'd of return to sender [protected]
However, your system said gati logistics returned the parcel. Gati has confirmed to me that you, the sender asked for it back. Gati logistics is a reputed company in India.
Kindly let me know what is happening. This is extremely unprofessional.

Light In The Box make money on ordering a dress for the paypal account

I ordered a dress on your website, and you promised that the dress would arrive in Israel within four days. The dress arrived after a month waiting for customs. Here I will note that I ordered the dress especially for my sister's wedding, of course I bought a different dress unfortunately and I was very disappointed. in the radar they asked me by phone at customs if I wanted to pay for the dress to be sent. Of course I refused because I no longer needed the dress. I will ask for a full refund of the NIS 400 dress.

Light In The Box 10 items clothing to small, boots damaged.

I have ordered 14 items from this company and 9 of the clothing items are too small and the boots Buckle is broken. I have tried to get a response by email or have someone contact me to resolve the issue . I wanted to exchange the items for larger sizes and exchange the boots it has been a month and it's been an impossible task to get this company to exchange or give me a refund the information online phone number is a non-working number when you email the company they refer you to the ticket over and over again when no resolve... I am frustrated the customer service with this company is very unpleasant and very unprofessional .I refuse to take a loss on the items I purchased . I will be looking into reporting them and making it known not to do any business with this company. Very poor customer service!

Light In The Box refund procedure

I received my order on time but the bag was a very different colour to the photo on the website. This is now the third day of contacting them asking how to return the bag. They still have not advised how or where to return to and have offered me a "rewards" credit of half the value of the bag itself! Wish I had read the reviews first. Never again!

Light In The Box payment

I thought I ordered 2 pair of curtains online. I went through the entire process including giving my credit card details. I waited for an email confirmation and did not receive one. I then checked my bank and its shows a payment of $109.21 AU on the date and time i placed the order. I want to know where my order confirmation is as its showing up i have no orders on my account on the Light in the box website. I am beyond frustrated and need a response ASAP.

I purchased clothes in April 2012 and i recieved clothes that were of very poor quality some were torn. I sent them back but never got a refund. I have just ordered some clothes with $200 and some pairs of shoes. Please send me quality things shown in your website. My order no is1809181130784484.

Light In The Box customs duty bill

Afternoon

I received a dress I ordered and was delivered to my holiday address in Devon Lydford EX20 4BE

I had a bill for a fed ex delivery charge at no time was I ever advised I would have to pay a delivery charge to fed ex deliveries as it is nearly the cost of the dress! Therefore I would never have ordered it in the first place.

I might add I have also purchased a similar dress and had no fed ex charge!

I have spoken this afternoon with a company called control account plc [protected] ref 2357242 and they are adamant I pay for this fed charge
I would appreciate if you could contact them and finalise this error

Light In The Box can no longer contact company for return

i have been trying to return several items purchased for over a week. They responded with a ticket # and everytime I try to look at it, it says the website is being worked on. The US phone number listed is out of order. There is no way to contact them.

The sales email isn't working either. There is no way to reach this company. I want to return the items and get a FULL refund.

Light In The Box I am complaining about my whole experience and still not received my package

Ordered 3 items quite a while ago and still not received! Tried emailing the seller to which they stated they could do nothing! Is there a telephone number to call this company? When I go on to track the items I am now unable to view this.

Will not be recommending this company to anyone else as the service I have received has been below poor to none.

I ordered a smart watch from Light in the box after made the order they confirmed me that the product will be delivered to me by 15-25 days as the product coming from China to India so I agree with their policy but when it cross 45 days I knock to the customer care and they convinced me to wait another 45 days and did I now the transit time is crossed the 90days but till I didn't get my product don't whether anyday will I get my product or not now everyday I'm contacting with the customer care but they are unresponsive I think they forfeited my money it's a worst experience I got from this online shopping site from China.Dont buy any products from this site.

I ordered some light bulbs from light in the box but the bulbs were darker than the pictures so i requested an exchange for a lighter bulb. this request was sent on the 22nd of August and i still haven't had a response even though they are supposedly committed to responding in 1 day. they do not provide a contact number so i can't speak to anyone and don't know what to do. the total value is £22. please help!
