I have been dealing with your company since 10January, trying to return 2 products on trial in order to be refunded. I am outlining below what I have discovered and am insisting that you contact me with an email confirming a full refund to my account of €88.80. My name is Sandra King, cancellation notification #3714870. As I live in the Republic of Ireland, I have been phoning the number you give for European refunds.
10January Spoke to Abbey who gave me a return address of: Level 2 Regional Business Center, University Heights Msida MSD 1751 Malta. She advised that once the product was received at this address I would receive a full refund. She at first advised of a handling charge, but when I protested that I was not advised up front, she waived this and advised of a full refund.
11January I posted the parcel via registered mail to the address given in Malta tracking #RL [protected] IE
15January I tracked the package and found that a delivery attempt had been made but no answer at the address
16January I phoned back to your customer care center and spoke to Christine, explaining what had happened and asking her to follow up to see why no one was available to receive the parcel. She advised she would forward the tracking number and this information to the receiving department. When I asked to speak to her supervisor to get answers to questions she could not answer, she advised the supervisor was busy with another customer, said a supervisor would be phoning me back and offered to immediately refund half of my charged amount. I declined this, as I felt this would complicate matters and I would never see the full refund. As of today, I not received a phone call from a supervisor.
18January I had sent and email to the Malta post asking if they could tell me whether another attempt would be made and/or if the parcel would be returned. As I had not received a response from the post I phoned them and spoke to a representative. She checked the tracking # which I had and advised a second attempt at delivery had been made on the 16 January, but the delivery person was advised that your company had moved.
I then phoned the customer care number you have on your website for Plantation Florida and was again connected to Abbey, who previously had answered at the customer care number for Ireland. I told her that Malta post had checked on the returned parcel and that the company had moved addresses. She verified that the return address I used was correct, took the tracking number, put me on hold and then advised I would be receiving a full refund in 3-5 business days.
I then decided to do some further investigation into your company, as this whole procedure seemed unusual. When I looked up the return address on Google maps, I found that a consulting company was at that address and phoned them. They said that Essence of Argan had moved to Balluta Bay, gave me the address as Level 1, Studio 4 39 Main St. When I looked this up, it was the St Julians Hotel, which I phoned. They had never heard of your company and advised there was a business center next door, The Hedge, and gave me their number, which I phoned. This building has no record of your company being at their business center.
At this point, I feel that you have scammed me and are doing so to hundreds of others. I responded to an ad you had placed on Facebook. I have doubts now that I will ever see a refund, but should I not get a response from you via email by Monday, 22 January, I will be reporting you to consumer affairs in Florida, Canada, Australia, and Europe. I will also file a complaint via Facebook's advertising and marketing department.
I don't wish to give negative feedback on your company, but I have worked in customer service resolution myself and feel that this experience has been handled very poorly.

Sandra King, I have the same bad experience as you. I have already reported them to the ACCC in Australia and also reported them to Facebook. I hope they take this business from Facebook and other social media. This company is a scam.

It's a great product for an affordable price! I got to subscribe to their 29.99 USD for a month supply. It really works great on my skin and i am loving the results. It makes my skin smoother and glowing. Argan oil and Idrotherapy are best combo!

I answered the trial advertisement three months ago for Essence of Argan Oil, little I know about the benefits. I read somewhere that I could be helping the women in Morocco in buying argan oil products, so I did not hesitate. another good thing is the product is truly a great product, a great moisturizer and it does wonders for my stretch marks, using it twice daily It's on my beauty routine. I literally can't live without the product.

The FREE TRIAL PROMO of essence of argan oil for me is just a promo for us to try their product, this promotional offer is good unless you read the terms and conditions with regards to the trial promo. most of us customers keeps ordering online for what we see as a very good deal but we tend not to read t&c first. we might want to start reading terms and conditions .
