LIFELEAN / REIMMURSEMENT OF CHARGES

I HAD ORDERED WU-YI TEA AND INSTRUCTED THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE THAT I DID NOT WANT TO GET ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER DEAL, I ONLY WANTED THE TEABAGS AND NOW I NOTICE THAT "LIFELEAN" HAS TAKEN $19.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. DO THEIR PEOPLE HAVE SELECTED HEARING OR DO THEY FIGURE SOME PEOPLE WON'T CHECK THEIR ACCOUNTS?? THEN WHEN YOU CALL "LIFELEAN" AND COMPLAIN, "THEY" TRY TO TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER HEAR THEM ON THE PHONE AND SAY THEY WILL WAIT 15 SECONDS MORE TO SEE IF THEY CAN HEAR YOU, THEN HANG UP, I'VE HEARD OF LINES BEFORE BUT THAT ONE WAS UNREAL. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU, MARGARET GRAFF

    I DON'T REMEMBER AUTHORIZING "LIFELEAN" TO TAKE $19.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT ESPECIALLY WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS CHARGE. THANK YOU, MARGARET GRAFF

    Same experience - same disappointment. Being charged for tea bags I didn't receive and don't want, and "livelean" which I don't want. If necessary, I'll cancel my credit card and get another.

    Attempted to cancel but was cut off. Tried calling back but the phone did not ring.
