LifeCell South Beach Skin Care It’s not effective wrinkle removal, also it’s not enough moisturizer for my dry skin.

I have a difficulty with LifeCell In, because I've not been informed for monthly payments which is automatically deducted from my Bank account.
I keep getting packages without statements. I find it they are very dishonest people.
LifeCell product isn't good enough for my dry skin.
I'm returning their product and want my payment reimbursed.

Desired outcome: I want my money back!

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care Maxi Lip - bad product quality and refund refusal

I subscribed with them in July 2021, and it was alright until 3 weeks in when the product started smelling weird and gave me lip inflammation. I thought it was me who contaminated it, so I didn't contact them right away and trashed the 1st tube, but when the exact same thing happened to the 2nd one after the same timeframe, on September 20th 2021 I called them to unsubscribe and to ask for a refund. They refused me because it was past money back guarantee window, and to get a refund the package should have been unopened. Question: how would I even know I would have a problem with the product if I didn't open and use it first? The policy makes no sense. During the web chat Judi told me I should have contacted them right away when the product started smelling. This means they knowingly sell a potentially bad product and use their 15 day MBG policy to cover their backs. Judi also said it was not returnable after 60 days. Excuse me, it's a monthly subscription, not just a one time purchase, I don't think the terms apply here and more than that, it is no longer about the money back guarantee of 15 days but about the product quality, plain and simple. Regardless, Judi never apologized for the trouble caused, didn't answer my last question and simply left the chat. Given how much money they charge ($60 per tube) I think they could be more polite. I emailed them to escalate the issue but it was useless, they kept mentioning their policy and wishing me a nice day so I decided to take action.

Desired outcome: Full refund

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care life cell

I just bought LifeCell 10/16/2019 for $4, 25 and I DID NOT ORDER OTHER product!
I hadn't granted the transaction on November 15th, 2015 and I wish my money back!
This company scammed me!
This company really tricked me into charging $189, 00 a month after buying and authorizing just a single purchase!
Unfortunately, I liked but I just purchased one and never allowed it to take money from my account for anything else so I will never ask for any more and demand my money back. Contact me via my email: [protected]@aol.com

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care product not received

My name is Sandy Hughes 620 west 41st st. Anniston, Al. Cell [protected]. E mail s
sandyhughes [protected]@gmail.com.

I received your product in April. I took to PO and sent it back because it was so expensive. When the order was placed I did not know what the price was. My bank card was charged 200 dollars.

The PO said it was delivered but since I did not get a receipt just sent it as return to sender. I could not do anything.

Can you give me a partial credit or send me another product with no charge I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks for your help in this matter. I do not have any thing to show for the $200 charge.

Sandy Hughes

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care lifecell beauty product

My name is James Silva and I ordered your free trial but quickly noticed that a couple days later ther was a charge for (not exactly sure) I wanna say 187.00? Does that sound right? Anyway when I received the free trial that VERY same day the mailman dropped it off he went next door to deliver a package and I went out to meet him and tell that I did not want this so he told me that he would send it back and therefore eliminating the charge on my card for the treatment. Well now I get a message asking if I enjoyed the free trial and that I would soon receive the treatment and be billed for it as well. I NEVER KEPT THE FREE TRIAL. If the mailman kept it for his wife or girlfriend I will find out because I know the station he picks up his packages at and I will go comfront him. BUT, I DID NOT KEEP THE FREE TRIAL.

Is this some kind of false advertisement? I registered for the free trial, received the product and was not aware that I have to pay USD189 after 3 months. I am from Malaysia and that is MYR752. I have returned the product and the customer service was fishy when she said she couldn't track the number with the information given. I have tried and it worked. Is this a scam activity?

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care all in one anti-aging treatment

This product needs to be taken off the market. I understand everyone's skin is different but I've never had a face product do what this one did. I had applied the product to my forehead, under eyes and lines beside my lips and just a dab on each area. I've never been one to use a lot of a product. Well half way through the day my face started turning bright red, itching and burning so bad. Like I felt like someone had taken a fire to my face. It hurt so bad I ended up having to leave work and go to the hospital because I was in so much pain. I only had marks where I applied the product. The doctor told me that it came from an ingredient used in the face cream. It was not a an allergic reaction. I mean my face looked so bad I didn't even leave my house for 2 weeks. I just want people to be aware of what this product can do. My friend actually tired the cream also and it done the same thing that it did to mine. I think mine was a little worse but still burnt hers up also. I have read several different reviews of this product burning faces but they will never let the comment be left for people to actually see on the website they will delete the comment so people wont see and then not buy there product. That is very LOW. I mean my face is very important to me that's why I was spending almost $200 on a face cream. I still have scars on my face several months later. PEOPLE NEED TO BE INFORMED OF WHAT IT COULD DO! I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES OF WHAT MY FACE LOOKED LIKE BUT MY COMPUTER WILL NOT LET TO POST THEM. Then I tired to get my money back and of course they didn't want to give me my money back. But I will promise I will make a facebook page letting everyone know what this product done to me and how they treated me. They all money hungry business that does not care about there customers and after they get your money you can cancel it you will not get it back... Please do not buy this cream there are a million different kinds that actually work but this one is not one of them. This one does more harm than good!

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care skin product

The wording of the web page indicates the the trial product can be purchased for a small amount of money and if the product is kept beyond the 30 day trial period then the $189 cost of the product will be taken against the credit card. Immediately upon paying for the 'trial' the company also takes a charge against the credit card for the $189. Completely contrary to its promises. Their response was, 'oh we always do that, just to ensure that the order is available if it's required.'

The refund can take up to 21 business days, although they manage to levy the charge instantaneously and they also insist this is in keeping with their policy which patently it is not. See words copied and pasted from its web page below; second paragraph is quite clear.

is exclusive TRY BEFORE YOU BUY promotion is limited to new customers only (one per household, per lifetime). Today’s offer is a 2-month supply of LifeCell All-in-One Anti-Aging Treatment to try for 30 days.

All you pay today is $4.25 (reduced today from $8.50) for shipping and handling This charge is non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied with your results, simply send back your trial within 30 days from today, and your account will be cancelled. If you keep LifeCell beyond the trial period, your original form of payment will be billed $189.

Your 30-day trial includes a 120-Day Money Back Guarantee period which allows you to return the product for a full refund. Your trial includes free enrollment to our replenishment service. Every 60 days, we will send you a fresh 2-month supply of LifeCell at the discounted rate of $149. You are pre-authorizing this transaction now. LifeCell South Beach Skin Care lifecell cream free trial

After filling up the information required to receive the sample of one of their products at a cost of 24$ including shipment by FedEx, their system indicated that the transaction was not successful. I tried once more and the same error message showed up. A few minutes later, I received an SMS stating that a transaction of 189.00 $ had been made on my card. Nothing but a fraud. Gladly enough, the bank stopped the transaction and blocked my card. Upon searching on the net, I found dozens of similar attempts from that same company. This company should be forbidden to be in business.
Spread the news about this fraudulent company !

I had a similar experience. This time they sent a sample free of charge, and then billed me $189 30 days later when the 'free trial' ended. I returned the product per their requirements.

I currently have a complaint in with the BBB and have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

The agent was extremely argumentative when I contacted them and said I wanted to return the product, and kept trying to create a scenario where I would be billed $189 for a tube of mediocre face cream.

Total, total, scam.

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care all in one anti aging treatment

Hello my name is Mr N Clarke, I purchased the product life cell antiaging treatment, on approx. 31 august 2016. this was a one of purchase that, was being advertised and I decided to try the product and see if was affective, however I found it was as much the same as any other moisturising cream and therefore did not reorder, it had a money back guarantee but as the product was only £10 I therefore decided to just not reorder and that would be the end of it. However to my astonishment I could not believe life cell have charged me a further fee of £130 I was shocked as I had no indication that there was going to be any more charges, I haven't ordered or received any other product, and this is a illegal charge on my credit card, I have since contacted the Barclays credit card company whom are looking into this and the charge will be requested to be returned. I didn't find the product effective any more than other moisturising creams that I have, the fact it only meant I paid !0 was the reason I didn't claim my money back guarantee. this is wrong and the company did not have my authorization to charge my account after my initial, payment of the £10. I request that my money be immediate ally refunded and await the reply from the company as to confirmation of this letter and notice.
regards Mr N Clarke 6/10/2016.

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care all in one anti aging treatment

Looking for a moisturizer online, I saw the Life Cell Skin Care offer for a free sample for those wishing to pay shipping costs. This mailing fee was debited from my bank acct and a tube of the Life Cell dispatched. When the product arrived there was nothing in the box stating it should be returned or incur a charge of $189. Or that additional pkgs would be shipped and charged. This free sample was my only request. I entered into no agreement for anything else from the company, nor did the form state I would lose the free offer if I failed to return the tube within 30 days, and be charges $189. I would not have agreed to this. Why would they need the tube back? This would be an inconvenience. I find the thought of them reusing products repugnant. Was I sent a used tube a client returned?
I received a shipping notification from the company March 2016, which appeared on my cell phone, stating that a shipment (which I had not authorized) was being mailed and would be billed to my name. I was shocked as I had not placed an order, nor had further contact with this company since the initial free trial offer was mailed.
The next notice concerning Life Cell company came via my bank statement that this was not the first shipment I had been charged for. But I had not received anything else from them, other than the free 30 day sample. I was charged $189 for the so called free sample that I also paid shipping on.
The South Beach Skincare rep Shana Stoute states in reply to my email reply to the shipping notification that I had not placed an order and did not want to be billed by them, that their ad includes info that they will be shipping additional packages periodically and charging to the card number I provided. I read the free sample ad and this was definitely not implied on the free sample ad.
I would never have agreed to future automatic purchases of a product I had never used as of yet, being debited from my bank acct. How would I know if it was appropriate for my skin type or something that I even wanted to order?
I notice that there are over 50 complaints similar to mine. How many women lodging their complaint can vouch for the fact that the free offer ad did not purport to financially obligate those receiving the free trial offer to any additional purchases? The website info may have been revised for liability sake of the company following complaints. I have reported the problem. The business dealings of this company should be thoroughly investigated.

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care unauthorised charge

On January 14, 2016 I responded to the Life Cell’s (Hollywood, US) introductory offer on the internet and consequently received from them a tube of LifeCell cream, for which they have charged my Mastercard. I have never ordered anything else from them. However, on 16 February, 2016 my Mastercard was charged again, this time for $272.99 AUD. Not knowing which branch of LifeCell has charged me, I have contacted the Australian distributor of LifeCell products who advised me that the US branch must have been put me on some form of automatic ordering system. And so I went back to the original confirmation email and, upon reading it, noticed that at the bottom of that email was a link to an agreement which, if not cancelled by me locked me into an automatic ordering, which was definitely not clear to me at the time of making the initial order. I believe that practices like this should be stopped.

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care not a trial a lifetime commitment

On December 2015 I stayed 3 weeks in an hotel in Clearwater FL
I saw an advertising for a miraculous American cream
As the advertising was saying give a try you have nothing to loose except a couple of years off !
On March I have lost almost 400 US dollars that they have charge on my credit card without my agreement
I m French and I live in France I gave life cell company the address of the hotel where I was staying on December so they might have send their creams to the hotel ... I suppose !
I m really upset because for a trial I paid 400 USD I had to cancel my credit car to stop them to charge me each month 189 USD
And on the top of everything this anti aging cream is not a good product at all !

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care bait and switch

South Beach Skincare is doing a bait and switch online. They advertise for a $4.25 sample of their product LifeCell, anti-aging cream but then charge your bank account an additional $189.00. Whether you authorize it or not. I told my bank its an unauthorized transaction, put a stop payment on my account and called South Beach Skincare. They did not want to return my money until I mentioned the Massachusetts Divison. of Banks which regulates online businesses like this. A Bait and Switch is illegal in Massachusetts and if they did not cancel my order and return all monies then I would contact them to do an investigation. The penalty in Massachusetts for doing a Bait and Switch is heavy. Then they promptly cancelled my order. Beware. Be Warned.

LifeCell South Beach Skin Care company not wanting to refund goods returned

I ordered a sample tube of the LifeCell Anti-Aging Skin Care treatment from this company in August 2014 and the amount of $18.22 (NZ) was charged to my credit card on 12/09/14. I had been using the cream during a 2.5 month holiday in Australia, visiting family, and had decided that I would be returning it to the company, as per their original offer, once I got back to NZ on 30th November, due to my not having had the results that they claim it should have had. When I got home, my husband presented me with two charges on our credit card from Life Cell and a package of Life Cell products that I had not ordered. The two extra charges being $247.83 on 11/10/14 and $213.70 on 14/11/14. I sent them an email stating this fact and asking advice as to how I was to go about the process of sending them back and also requesting an address for where these products were to be sent to. After numerous emails, I eventually got this information, but only after having to contact my Credit Card company and lodging a formal complaint with their Disputes team, and relaying this information back to the Life Cell company. I sent the initial sample cream and the subsequent unused products back to them on 4/12/14 and they acknowledged that they received the goods on 22/12/14 (their word against mine). I received a refund of $238.83 into my Credit Card account on 23/12/14. I sent them another email confirming this and asking why they hadn't refunded the other $213.70. They replied saying that they had no intention of doing so, as the returned goods should have been with them by 12/12/14 and not 22/12/14 as they claimed they had received them. I emailed them stating that this was unacceptable and that I would be notifying my credit card company again and giving them permission to take action to retrieve this outstanding amount, which has been actioned today! I dread to think of how many more people have been swindled by this highly unethical company?!?
