Truefit posture corrector
I just saw the add for truefit and decided to buy (1) I put all my credit card info in, my address and tried to buy only one. The page would not let me buy only one. I could not click on anything to only buy one. If I wanted to buy the truefit, I would have to buy two. Now my credit card is on file with then and I could not delete my information. I am really unhappy with that site.
Desired outcome: CANCEL THE WHOLE ORDER AND DELETE MY CREDIT CARD INFO.
Scammed by Life and Home company
I purchased something from this website and was not satisfied with the quality, so I contacted Life and Home and asked for a refund. I sent the item back and paid for the return shipping (they refused to give me a return label) and later they contacted me and said that they got the product back and promised I'll get my refund within a week. Week was too long and that seemed strange, but I decided not to panic. One week passed, then another one and there was no sign of my money. I tried to contact them but they did not reply. Terrible!
Seller fooled me and didn't return money back
I ordered some stuff from the website www.lifeandhome.com. I got it on time, but when I opened the package, it turned out that the quality was horrible. I immediately contacted the rep and told that I wanted to get full refund and returned the order. The seller told me that I could return the order and he would return the full sum and for return postage as well. I returned the purchase and never heard from this ### again. Crap. Please, help me to return money back.
Order was represented by statement that product was 48"square.wsd not measuring that dimension, dry or wet.the most it was measuring was 36"and was not a square cut sheepskin.i feel cheated.
