Liberty Mutual Insurance / auto claim

We submitted an auto claim back on May 14th we are still trying to get all of this resolved. After many phone calls and messages being left in returned by our claims rep and his supervisor. We have submitted all of our paperwork with the odometer and title being filled out properly. We are just waiting on our check so we can purchase a new car. We have went over 3 weeks with no car but paying insurance on a car we no longer have. This has been the worst customer service we have ever had
