I purchased a pair of Lia Sophia Inside out earrings, had them for about two months when the back broke and they had begun to tarnish. I tried to return them without my receipt and could not, contacted the company, but had not heard from them as of yet. The only option I have would be to trade the earrings in for another paid (why would I want to do that?!?) or purchase something else?!? Not interested in that so my suggestion is not to purchase anything from them since they do not stand behind their product. $28 is a lot to pay for earrings that don't last two months.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Too bad about the earrings. Lia Sophia always stands behind their jewelry however you do need your receipt (like most places these days) or you can use the Show number to return the earrings and get a replacement of the same piece or (if it is retired) get what you paid in jewelry credits to purchase a new piece.
Either the hostess (who had the show) or the lia sophia Advisor will have that Show number, or another guest who bought at the same show will have that number since it is printed on the top of all the forms for that show.
I am so grateful lia sophia makes it easy. I have never seen a problem unless you can't get that number from either the receipt or the show. Gosh, most places won't ever let you return things years later, I think lia sophia is pretty remarkable to stand behind a lifetime guarantee! (Watch those receipts or keep the initial order slip which has the Advisor's phone number on it-- she will have the show number if you need it also.)
