I had to wait 3 days to have a repair man fix my washing machine. He came on a Saturday and order a part. A second appointment was maid for Thursday. On Wednesday Best Buy called me and said the part would not ship until Friday and I made a new appointment for the following Wednesday. The next day I received the part in the mail and I called for an appointment for today. They would not come and would only come on the following afternoon. More than a week without a washing machine and I called three different days to attempt to have them give me a loner or to expedite the repair. Never got a call back from the Supervisor and they simply did not care about my hardship. The assistant manager at the store was also no help. She would not even call to ask the repair man to come early on Friday. It was their fault that they did not know when the part could come and still they were rude and very uncaring about my problem. NEVER NEVER will I buy an appliance from Best Buy again.
