LG Electronics cooking stove

Complaint made to lg, with pictures sent.
Nobody wanted to help.
When talking to the sevice client they seemed to be unconcerned and would tell me its cosmetic. Why should a cooker 3 days old have cosmetic problems.
Cooker top gets cleaned and still looks bad.
This is not exceptable.
A brand new cooker should not have such spots?
Should be fixed or replaced!

LG Electronics refrigerator

I am extremely disappointed with lg, we have a 2 year old fridge that stopped working, apparently the compressor broke. Had called several times and submitted the correct paperwork and was denied 5 times until we finally got approved for the free goodwill checked that was guranteed. We have not had a working fridgerator for almost a month that's not even 3 years old yet! Lg would say they would call back, but would not, so we'd have to go through this inconvenient process all over again. This truly makes me question how much they actually care about the customers who purchase their products and the quality of their products. I am livid about this service and would like some sort of compensation.

LG Electronics repair of dishwasher

past history with service has not been good. purchased and had trouble getting a refrigerator repaired. Got nothing but runaround for weeks trying to get repaired. Against my better judgement we purchased a washer and dryer and a dish washer, after approx. 7 months the dishwasher quit working. . After several attempts lg assigned a work order number and a local ? repair company. company called and said would be out on Friday between 10 am and 1 pm. by 2;30 with no serviceman OI called the company and got" the person your are trying to reach is not taking calls", this did not go over well so I called lg again, the rep tried several times but got the same messages. Finally she said would issue work order and another company would be out Wendsday. ( she apparently did not document it). That Friday the original company called at about 6pm and said service man could come over in a half hour. told them no as Lg had given the call to another company. At about 7;30 pm got call asking if the serviceman job was ok.? stayed around home again on Wendsday, no servce.After after much going around in circles, got told no record of new service and that she could not cancel the order to company as only the company that the work order was assigned to could cancel it. Wendsday. She indicated she would have to pas the problem to a higher level. noe have been without dishwasher almost 2 wqeeks. What do I have to do to have lg honor the warranty?

LG Electronics microwave not warming up

We bought a LG Microwave about a year ago. Today, 18 July 2018 it's not warming up anymore which is really inconvenient as I already have a freezer, it's winter... which goes along with warm food and drinks. A microwave is suppose to make your life easier... 1 year into the 10 year warranty and its not working anymore!
We had a Whirlpool Microwave that did exactly the same, so we bought a LG Microwave... thinking it will be a better product.

I need this microwave to be repaired please... and if I am going to sit with the same problem every second month like I did with the Whirlpool, I need it to be replaced or refunded.

LG Electronics mobile phone diagnosis and repair

I had a perfectly good mobile phone. I initiated an update. The phone no longer worked.
I sent it to LG as instructed by the retailer.
LG stated that it was water damaged.

Looking at the reviews on the internet, it is obvious this is a standard response from LG repairs. I have to pay $20 to get my phone back for a second opinion or private repair!

Disgusting costumer service. I will never buy anything LG again and I shall make sure all my friends, family, and customers are made aware of my experience.

LG Electronics lg 60' plasma t.v. model # 60pn6500

We purchased a 60" LG T.V. FROM Hhgregg at a Black Friday Sale in November of 2013 for $599.00. The mother board had to be repaired in summer of 2015. Now it's 2018 and the T.V. won't show a picture and only has a sound for 1 second. I contact Warrantech and they told me that they would have to provide me with a replacement or send a check because the repairs will cost too much. They sent me an email on June 27th stating that they will send me a check for $290.22. They told me that the TV had already been repaired once. Mind you the warranty does not expire until 6/2019. I AM PISSED. This is the third LG T.V. that we have owned and all of them have gone out. They do not hold to the value of it name. I SHOULD NOT have to go out and purchase another TV that is still under warranty. I have been without a TV in the entertaining area of my home now for over a month. LG has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

When I reached out to Warrantech this is the response that I got

I hope all is well. If I purchased an LG 60" flat screen plasma T.V. For the amount of $600.00 plus tax and purchased an extended warranty, please explain to me why I am receiving a check for $290.22. I thought the replacement/or the check would have have at least been for the amount that was paid for the television. This was the purpose for me purchasing the extended warranty so that if anything should happen to the television I would be properly compensated. Please advise me.

LG Electronics tv oled65b7v

My name is Ahmed, I live in Australia. Last January I bought LG TV OLED65B7V from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the receipt attached). The salesman confirmed that there is one year international warranty to cover the device in Australia. Now when I try to tune the location settings, I can't find "Australia" in LG SERVICES COUNTRY. I tried to get back to LG Australia, they shocked me and said that they can't help me ! And now I ended up with a 6000 $ useless device in Australia !
LG is a well known brand and I thought the costumer care guys would be more honest and helpful ! Please advise in this situation or I am afraid to say that I am going to take a legal action against LG.

LG Electronics rechargeable battery

The other day. While my son was recharging his rechargeable battery for E-cigarette. It burst into flames, and caught my carpet on fire. This just happened about 2 days ago. I have pictures and video of the carpet and of the battery. I would like to be paid for damages for my carpet, and the wall and trim which was burned. LG Electronics lg v10 smartphone

I sent my phone to lg for repairs because it was not charging. When I first contacted them they insured me that I had a 1 year manufacture warranty on my phone. I sent my phone to them in Feb of this year and after my phone was returned i immediately began having non previous existing problems with my Sims card not reading and my mic/speaker not working correctly especially when I connect my phone through Bluetooth to my vehicle. Now lg is trying to say if I want these repairs made to my phone that I must pay for them. Where did my 1yr warranty go. Very unhappy customer.

LG Electronics undelivered gift, comes with lg washing machine

Kindly note that i bought a washing machine from compu me "mall of arabia" branch in egypt, on 06/06/2018, i was supposed to receive a gift on the same delivery day for the washing machine, but they claimed that the gift is currently out of stock and still; considering that other shops having the same advertising campaign for lg had that gift "hanger for washed clothes", till now each time my father goes there asking for the gift they keep on telling him that it is still out of stock "it is almost more than one month", from their behavior i believe they don't even have the intention to give me the gift need your proper action in this regard as i'm really upset as i'm one of lg loyal customer. LG Electronics lg 42" lcd tv

Purchased this TV on May 15, 2015 and extended warranty with Walmart that went out on May 15, 2018. Walmart said that the Manufacturer should stand behind the product because they could not because the warranty had expired over a month ago. After contacting you all, the decision was made to not extend any goodwill toward a repair or replacement. My case # is CNN180703124567. I must tell you I am very disappointed that I can purchase a television that inherently has a 3 year shelf life. Your product is not worthy of loyalty, and your standing behind the products do not correlate with what the consumer spends to obtain a decent product. In my case, I spent $348 for the TV and $38 for a 3 year service plan that became a wash!
I would like a prorated refund back because a product of this magnitude must be more reliable and/or a repair at your cost, and/or a comparable replacement. I went onto The Better Business Bureau website and observed that other similar complaints are there. Please call me at [protected] to allow a concession for repair or replacement. Very upset! Not fair!

LG Electronics I was berated and called a liar multiple times by an lg customer care professional. cursed out

Called me a liar multiple times
Accused me of lying about a very simple situation
Refused to give me quality customer service and handle situation in a professional manner
Made me wait on hold for over 1 hour to speak to a manager (see attachment)
Speaking over me in a condescending tone
And told me LG doesn't care how many devices I have or what I buy and reiterated that I was a liar over 10 times. Why is the behavior becoming the culture at LG I am utterly hurt and upset because I have so many LG products.

Hi All,
I am located in Egypt Cairo city - I bought a new LG Smart TV 49LJ550V-TA Serial number 711EGNPMM287 on 13th of Jan 2018 - After 1 week or less I noticed a defect in the screen, its going small and then enlarging again everytime just after
I finish the Youtube navigation/watch - I called the customer service, they came to me twice and they refused to replace the TV saying that 14 days passed already from the date of buying it ! - so it ended up to replace the processor board as per their advice. So I had to change my TV processor board for a new TV bought from less than 1 month!

But this the defect still appeared again even - And after long communication and unprofessional negotiation from their side (the customer service) they said we should take the TV and watch it then we can decide - They took it 5th of May 2018 for more than 1 month without any feedback - then they contacted me saying that they admit the defect and they have no repair for it and TV should be replaced in 2 weeks maximum - I agreed and waited and waited and till now I am waiting and everytime I call the customer service they just postpone saying the process is still long and needs more time to contact LG Korea to be able to have a new TV same model - I even offered to pay more money and recieve a latest TV version but to have it NOW and they refused!

I am really tired and I can't find anyone professional to talk to in LG Egypt customer service. I bought a TV from 6 months ago and after 1 week only a major defect appears in it and till now I am lost between the customer service communications and negotiations, they admit that I should receive a new TV but WHEN I can't know - saying always its a long process with Korea branch! - That's beside their very rude way in responding to my phone inquiries - they are saying to me that's it and don't talk more although they should be apologizing to me for the situation I am in ! - I can't believe them anymore and I just want to take my TV or take my money - I feel that I am under a fraud or con and the strange thing is that its coming from a large company like LG -
LG Egypt is really ruining your reputation, and for me I will never never buy any LG product again all my life, all what I need now is to take my simple right, either my TV or money - PLEASE I NEED YOUR SUPPORT URGENTLY - I don't know who will receive this complain but I am targeting LG Head Office in Korea - I want my complain to reach LG international location - I don't want to post it on social media because I believe I can have it solved through you...

LG Electronics air conditioner

the problem started from June 2017

1. I called LG customer service for installation & the representative direct me to one of LG authorized agency.
once i turned it on it work for only 5 mins max & turn off as it has been reached the required temperature
2. I called LG customer care again & ask for maintenance technician & they send one of the same agency, he mentioned Freon gas is too low due to installation mistake, and he charged the device but the problem still the same.
3. called LG again & ask for technician from LG itself not any agency & they ignore my request & sent to the same agency again, this time he told me that Freon gas pressure is too high & we should release some to solve the problem, but the problem still the same.
4. called again to escalate the issue as i'm still facing the same problem the device keep turning off after 5 mins as it reached the required temperature & LG representative sent again to the same agency, one of the agency mentioned he is the head of maintenance team & after checking the device he said there is a problem with the temperature sensor & it should be replaced as it's the main reason why the device switch off before reaching the required temperature.
5. after 5 days he came again replaced the sensor & the problem still the same.
6. I had to travel outside the country for personal issue but I called just to raise a flag that I'm still facing the same issue.
7. Now I called LG again ask for LG technician & he said he couldn't sent anyone of LG technician as I'm located out of range of the head office & he must sent one of authorized agency technician, I told him this agency has visited me 5 times for the same problem & still facing the same problem that why I need LG technician, he put me on hold back again mentioned after referring to management team they confirm he couldn't assign LG technician untill he send agency technician, however they visited me 5 times before, I ask him to speak to the available supervisor or shift leader who told him so & he said he will call me within 24 HR and no one called.

Note: that I raised the same problem on your Facebook page from 29-June 2018 but till today I didn't receive any reply.

What I really need is to get my device fixed from LG itself not from any authorized agency otherwise if it can not be fixed I need a replacement

LG Electronics lg bluetooth headset

I returned my headset to LG after speaking to a representative and submitting all required documentation via email and internet. I returned my items in the original box with the charger as requested. That was 2 weeks ago. On 7/5/2018 I received my headset back, minus the box and charger. The packing slip state the proof of purchase was not received and the device was returned as is. I tried to get this resolved via phone to no avail. I will not buy another LG headset again. Their service is horrible and they do not back their devices.

LG Electronics washing machine

I planned to renovate all the electronics in my house and went to many exhibitions in Kuwait and then decided to buy from LG because it carries an excellent reputation and products of high quality
So I went to an exhibition, Fahad Al-Salem Street, and preferred to buy it from the agent instead of the retailers
I ordered them to deliver the goods two weeks later until the whole house was finished
After a while I went to the house and I saw the guard in the house and told me that they came here and put them and left!
I called the driver responsible as a delivery and installation officer if his job was only to deliver the product and not open it and check it and install it to the customer, he apologized to me and told me that I was ready any time to install it just call my private!

Then I called him and did not answer and I repeatedly called the customer service to install the washing machine but without answer.. This lasted for 5 days and I contacted the exhibition and told me that there is pressure on the call center and he will tell them but did not call

The washing machine became an important task, and I wanted to use it and I turned it on. But it was running, it was bitter, it was not fixed, it was moving and I was standing up and hitting the wall. I broke the ceramic tiles and the drawers next to it.

I called the customer service but no one answered, which led me to go to the fair to file a complaint and actually made a complaint with my phone number

Four days later, no one called and I called the show again and told me he would inform them

A day later, Ali called a customer service agent named Samir Ghanem and told him to replace the washing machine and told him that he had called the customer service. No one answered and wrote the complaint and sent me a technician to check the washing machine. After 6 days, I called the show again to find out what had happened because they did not call me. I always call and I call today and they told me the travel of Samir Ghanem and that in a vacation and the problem is still pending and no one from the customer service has solved my problem

It was the fourth week and I did not run the washer and did not benefit from it and I hung between the bad customer service because they do not call me and they call the exhibition official to get the message to me!

It did an experiment I did not want and I regret buying it from the dealer, even if I bought it from the retailers, the service would be better

They do not solve the problem and do not know how to manage the problem and solve it for the customer Every employee wants to turn the problem into a colleague!

I did not want to file a complaint one day, but after seeing the service default for 4 weeks only, there was enough time, which led me to complain to you so that you could help me understand and appreciate the situation I suffer from.

LG Electronics partial refund

We bought this refrigerator 2/2017 and it quit cooling last Thursday 6/21 had your tech person come 6/28 to repair it .When he took the back off the condensor line was rusted with a hole in it the refrigerator had sucked a lot of air into it and there was no Freon. we are very discussed isn't a 1500.00 app. suppose to last alittle longer than 16 months ? needless to say I still owe money on the refrigerator and had to junk it repairs were out of the question. Is there anyway we can get a small compensation on this matter if not ill have a whirlpool delivered and lg app. will be a thing of my past.oh by the way my kitchen is all lg app. till now. LG Electronics the bluetooth headset that was sent to me after I had to send my original one in for repair.

I originally had to send the LG headset in that I purchased from Bestbuy for 123.00. It just stopped charging and working. They company sent me the return instructions and I sent it out for repair and or exchange. The one I received has stopped working as well and i haven't had it beyond 2 months. I'm not understanding why they won't work longer than a couple of months yet they cost over One hundred dollars.
