SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

LG South Africaservice

Main Complaint: Promise to call back within 24 hours - never calls back.
Told my Cell phone is not South African - they can't help.
Gave them proof of purchase etc.
Told ok will help but will call back. Still waiting.

They refuse to give me the email address of LG Head Office in Korea.
I can therefore do nothing other than changing my brand.
