LGservice center can't solve mobile issue

I bought a LG V20 on March 2017 and sent it after two weeks of trying to resolve an issue.

Out-of-the-box there was an issue with screen brightness and time out that when set certain settings then restart the mobile it goes to the default settings.

Sending the mobile to LG service center was a huge waste of time since the issue is not resolved and that service center claimed the issue is a phone feature.

Trying update the firmware didn't solve the issue.
