LG / refrigerator

Bought the #1 rate LG. Compressor went out within a few months. LG hardest to deal with...A and E gave up time for appt and my husband took off work...never came. They said they would not charge us the labor fee. Then we paid a friend to stay all day (drove 30 miles to get here). They did NOT come. She sat outside on porch and they said they left a note on the door. I left them a 2nd # to call another time and neighbor stayed home, came over to wait during a 5 hour slot. Never came. This went on and on. We finally bought a Samsung, moved LG to workshop. Lg finally came, "fixed" it. It still is not freezing! We keep resetting it and it will not freeze.

    now they are sending us a collection agency bill for $300 still not freezing and they have not responded to our last complaint last from February
