This is to inform you that I Sri Kamalendu Kumar Behera of Baripada is an old customer of Reliance India Mobile (RIM). I have been using your handset since last 4 years.Firstly I was a Prepaid customer but now I am using a postpaid connection. And the Number is [protected].
I have been using a LG-2230 model handset since last 2 years. But recently I faced a trouble. A call came to me and I answered the call. When I disconnected the call the handset went in to Hang state. I switched off the phone and after some minutes when I switched on the phone again it displayed me an error message "defheap_free: FreeDefHeap.C 123" I could not understand why did it happen. Even I can't make out what's the original problem.
I went to Baripada Reliance Web World and told them my problem. But they didn't respond me well. They suggested me to go to an authorized LG Service Center. So I went to an authorized LG Service Center, Bhubaneswar. They checked my handset and in no time they told me that "the handset can't be repaired". I felt very disheartened and find no better way than to write to you. Because I feel that it is just a software problem and I believe that "Man made Machine" and there must be a definite solution for my handset.
The handset is in very good condition and it can be used for some more years. Therefore, I request you to kindly consider my case seriously and give me some positive solution as soon as possible in order to fix that problem.
