LG Micro oven / poor service

I have bought a micro oven from Doha about couple of years back and has been using it frequently with out any disturbance.But for the last couple of months it has become unserviceable and despite my best effort ,the local LG office or their counterpart in Registered office has not done anything except few courtsey calls to me and couple of futile visits by their technician.I was told that a part needs replacement and the same is not available in India.Then what,do we still call LG multinational or stop them using the brand LG with all their goodwill of LG Korea and stop them flaunting international brochures in all the shops.If they can not rectify a smal unit like oven then we must aware everybody that when you buy a product of LG in India,expect it to be at par with the machine of any small factory of Gurgaon or
Noida and never ever compare with other mnc products.

I have lodged a complaint and the service engineer made a courtesy visit and said that the machine does not have any complaint. But the problem persists. when again contacted the Toll free no. they said that it will addressed with 24 hours but its 48 hours passed and there is no improvement.
