LG LFX25960 / poor service

I bought an LG fridge 8/26/06 delivered 8/30/06. The fridge has not been able to make ice for 2 months. Service has been to my house 3 times and replaces parts and still no ice. For 1,800.00 I should be able to have the ice maker work. I called the service department several times and have asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisors are not available and they will return your call in 48 to 72 hours. The fridge has a one year warrenty so LG must be waiting until the 26th to call me back. I also believe that the warranty should start from the date that a consumer takes delivery not when they bought it. Any suggestions on how to get proper service from LG?
